Check-in was smooth. We were greeted by a very gracious lady who showed us to our apartment and explained everything. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, fully equipped, and located in a quiet area of Birmingham. The apartment building itself was very quiet. No outside noise as such. No traffic noise. The Wi-Fi was reliable throughout our stay. All the appliances and crockery were of very good quality and spotlessly clean The best part was the two portable air conditioners. We experienced a three-day heatwave during our stay, and they kept us comfortable throughout Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Birmingham in the future. The host was also very responsive and extremely helpful

Great communication, met on arrival - all nice and clear in terms of arrangements. Apartment was clean, nicely fitted out and comfortable. Would recommend.
No negative feedback. It was warm but AC was available - if a little noisy.
