place is really nice and clean and really comfy

about pick up the keys it’s bit like headache. but after talking with staff it was all good

So close to city center of Birmingham. In addition, beds are comfortable enough.

Accept only credit card or transfer bank account. Normally, we have come here from another country with cash money, I wish cash money was acceptable.

The general accommodation and location were generally what we wanted

There was no security as one of the front gate lock system was broken for most of our stay and the door to our apartment block had been forced so couldn't be held shut, never mind locked. The key pick up address was given as 110 Constitution Hill but there are no numbers on any buildings! It was in fact a petrol station! We were given the wrong security code for the external gate. There was a slatted blind completely missing from the main bedroom window so there was no privacy or means of blocking out street lights at night. This was reported to Pluxa Green Velvet 3 times in the first 2 days and 3 times they promised it would be fixed that same day or the next. No one ever turned up to fix the blind. I sent a number of photos of faulty fixtures as I was concerned that I would be held responsible for causing their damage and the costs of repair deducted from the £300 security deposit. The lift was faulty for most of our stay. There was a lot of night noise, loud voices, loud cars. The 2 bedside lights had electric plugs that didn't fit the sockets!
