All facilities good. Plenty of equipment in kitchen, bathroom etc.
Flat is close to main road, so quite noisy, especially in hot weather with windows open.

The property is in a great location within walking distance of the town centre.
It was very clean and well equipped. It was also ready for us before check in time which suited us well as we had early reservations in town.
It was easy to speak to someone on the phone about our arrival and needs and the assistant was so polite, helpful and phoned me back several times with updates.
It would be petty to say.

Location, very convenient and close to city center
Half the heaters were not working and the place was freezing cold all night. We had two children with us and ended up catching a cold.
Cleanliness was poor, dust everywhere and stained duvets and mattress protectors.
