The apartment is spacious, modern and clean. Once you know where it is, it isn't too far from the railway station. The duvet was too heavy for the heat we experienced but we did find there were other covers we could use which was a bonus.
The apartment is quite tricky to find. The owner didn't reply to an email. The keys were not in a lock box as was expected. It was a very hot evening and we couldn't find any air con. Fortunately there were lots of windows to open. Had it not been for the thunderstorm there could have been noise from below where there are two restaurants. Good job we had our own milk and tea bags!

La ubicación del lugar es buenísima, cerca de zonas comerciales, turísticas, restaurantes, estación de tren. El departamento es espacioso, el baño muy buen tamaño, la cocina bien en tamaño
No me gustó que estaba un poco desordenado, un poco sucio (clósets, cajones) los blancos (toallas, almohadas y sábanas) viejas. Los utensilios de cocina desordenados, no muy bien surtidos, al igual q vasos y platos. Me pareció descuidado

The location was great and the room was very comfortable
Trying to find the place was very hard and we couldn't call the owner to get assistance. Took over 2 hours to gain entry

Unbeatable location near the lake, shopping, and Old Town. Clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen are great, though the kitchen is better suited for breakfast than a full dinner.
No coffee machine provided and no dishwasher tabs. Since the windows face the interior of the building, you can hear the nightlife downstairs on weekends. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper!
