Not very professional.

The place was near the train station.

Prior to our arrival at the apartment, it was nearly impossible to contact the property to clarify some points (even Booking was unsuccessful). The apartment is not listed in the city hall registry, so it was not possible to obtain the transport card offered in Geneva for free public transportation. Although the street is close to the train station, it is located in an area that is, let's say, 'not suitable for a family-friendly environment.' There was also an issue with the bed sheets. Overall, not very professional.

It was alright for one night since we had to catch a train early.

Nice apartment, close to train station

The apartment is in a very noisy street, with prostitutes and guys who fight all night. It’s not dangerous I believe but not quiet.

Bien equipado al ser un apartamento. Muchos restaurantes al rededor.

El barrio era peligroso, drogas, prostitución… el piso estaba bastante sucio. Es verdad que no lo reservamos con tiempo, pero había vajilla con suciedad de hace mucho tiempo.

Las instalaciones todo por dentro muy bien y dejé limpio el apartamento.

No es un lugar seguro afuera hay muchas mujeres y se practica cosas que mejor ni decirlo,mucha bulla peleas..era un escándalo ya que yo daba ala ventana de la calle todo era problemas y problemas la tomadera era total las 24 horas,no había escoba para barrer ni trapeador. Luego al pasar el primer día quise contactarme con el dueño y enviarle los vídeos las pruebas que no era lugar para mí literal hubo mucha bulla tal vez sea para gente que le gusté la diversión le irá bien pero no para mí, no me respondían del booking cuando quería pedir un reembolso porque no aguantaba más no pude dormir por 5 días. El apartamento es bonito y todo pero la zona es muy mala mucho peligro

Als je hier naar toe gaat kom dan niet met de auto!!

Valt gewoonweg niet te parkeren, de host zou Engels kunnen, voor een beetje hulp om te kunnen parkeren, maar dat blijkt niet het geval te zijn. In het kort zijn we nooit binnen geweest en zijn we opzoek gegaan naar een ander adres. Centen waren wel geïnd.

Katastrophe!

Katastrophe! Die Unterkunft entsprach in keinster Weise der Ausschreibung. Andere Adresse, andere Ausstattung, Raucherwohnung, Fotos stimmen nicht! Kein persönlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wir haben unsere Ankunftszeit bekannt gegeben, es war niemand da, konnten telefonisch niemanden erreichen . Wohnung dreckig, statt Schlafsofa war eine Matratze am Boden, Bettwäsche verknittert, verschiedene Kissen im Doppelbett. ... Nur 2 Stühle für 3 Personen... Wir haben uns direkt eine neue Unterkunft gesucht!

Schlechte Lage + unsauber

Die Betten waren Komfortabel und das Personal war auch sehr nett aber das Apartment war nicht sehr sauber zb. War der Boden etwas klebrig mit Krümeln usw. Dazu waren Haare in der Badewanne und an der Bettwäsche roch es komisch. Die Lage war auch nicht gut, ich war da mit meinen Eltern und meiner kleinen Schwester und es war sehr ungeeignet das es sich in einem Rotlicht-Viertel befindet. Wegen diesen Gründen war es nichts für uns und wir sind nach der ersten Nacht abgereist obwohl wir für 2 Nächte gebucht hatten.

Devolución noche 24 junio 2024 y no conformes del apartamento

No era el apartamento que nos habían ofrecido en un principio. Las fotos que vimos del apartamento no son las de el apartamento que nos ofrecieron. En vez de el número trece estaba en la misma calle pero en el número nueve, cuarto piso. Era una vivienda con todos los utensilios del propietario, zapatos, cremas..etc, alguien que estaba viviendo allí. Habíamos escogido un apartamento con tres camas y resulta que una de las camas era el sofá del comedor, y la otra estaba en el suelo. Estuvimos solo una noche y queremos el reembolso de la segunda. Dijo la dueña que os lo diría ella pero no tenemos noticias de esto. Tampoco estamos conformes de lo que pagamos de la primera noche ya que no era lo que habíamos buscado. Tenemos numerosas fotos de ello. Tenemos 14 fotos pero solo dejáis adjuntar 4. Os gustaría que vierais el resto de las fotos.
