The apartment was unclean, with second-hand bedding and old pillows. The house was unkept and smelly

Lack of understanding when we told the owner, that the house was not clean and our kids We're not happy. No parking, spent 30 minutes driving around, had to eventually park €43 for overnight parking at the nearest hotel.

Horrible experience

Nothing was good… litterally nothing

0 cleanliness. Beds were uncomfortable. No AC. Wifi was very slow. Nothing was cleaned up, Left overs from previous guests were still Lying around. For big family, we were given 2 separate appartments in different blocks not even close by. We were never advised about it when booking. We never saw the host and worst was that the person was not very responsive to our queries but rather was literally a ghost to us.

Comfortable

The apartment was very basic, but comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable and fans were provided, which was good because it was very hot. The location is convenient, very close to the railway station and with easy access to the lake and a range of restaurants and other facilities.

For five of us, it was a little cramped, not helped by there being a washing machine that wasn't plumbed in and a tv with nowhere to plug it in (we didn't want a tv anyway). Only two of the four cooker rings worked. The street was very noisy throughout the night, but the noise was easily shut out by closing the windows.

First of all, I felt the advertisement of this property was misleading. I noticed straight away that the pictures from the booking didn't match the apartment. I said this immediately to the lady who welcomed us to be told that they show the pictures of three different apartments on the one advertised (apparently it's in the description but I didn't notice). This was a big problem for us as we had expected a sofa bed (like the pictures) but that was in another property. It was very small, with no living area / tv etc. The two room with beds aren't separated by a door for privacy. The area is well located in regards to being central, however it is in the right light district. Prostitutes and drug dealers hung around downstairs. Them, along with drunks were very loud until the early hours of the morning. There was even a big fight between two 'gangs' at around 4am one night which woke us up. Bathroom and kitchen very small, and the plug sockets and lamp didn't work by the area my bed was. The pillow and duvet didn't have covers and the 3rd pop up bed didn't have any bedding. Only one key between three guests was also an inconvenience. It was clean and the hosts were responsive the messages

Ojalá no le pase a nadie publicidad engañosa la señora tiene unas fotos cuando llegas al sitos es feo las sábanas sucias horrible la verdad y además aparte 5 noches y la primera noche me retiré de lo feo y no me devolvieron el dinero 850 francos me robó iré a la policía soy influencer me la paso viajando conociendo países y primera ges me pasa esto ojalá no le vaya para a otro huespede

quartier douteur. l'établissement ne répond pas facilement aux questions. l'adresse du logment a été changé 3 fois; je ne suis pas informé du changement, si je n'avais pas insisté pour que l'établissement me confirme l'adresse. petit lit. volet de fenêtres cassé. isolation sonore très faible.

Esta bien pero caro para la calidad.

Nos gustó la ubicacion y la distribución del apartamento, estaba bien aislado y tenía calentadores electricos

Había cosas rotas (cristal y cama), la ducha era muy alta y no tenía cortina así que se llenaba todo de agua. Una cosa que no nos gusto es que parecia que tenía que abrirnos el portal el dueño, llamabamos y teníamos que esperar a que nos abriera. La cama de la habitación era muy incómoda.
