Great flat for a stay in Geneva

Great location but needs a little love

The apartment was in a great location, with plenty of great restaurants, shops, and the Jet D’eau just a few blocks away. The host was very communicative and clear about how to get in. It was a nice size studio, with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space. The washer was a great feature since we had been traveling for a few weeks.

We were there during a heat wave, so it was incredibly hot and the fan did not work. Also, the Wi-Fi did not work. It was confusing as the host sent the network and code in an email, and there was another network and code shown inside the apartment. However, neither worked for either my husband or myself. There were no cloth or paper towels in the kitchen, which was challenging for kitchen use. I wanted to like the apartment more than I did, but I just couldn’t with the mentioned issues. It has a lot of potential if the issues were to be resolved.

Terrible stay in this property.

Nothing at all.

First of all, it was very hard and confusing to find the building as we had to ask local store staff. Very hard to reach to the lockbox- too confusing. Many lockboxes are in the same place without any name or marks. Too dirty one bedroom apartment, towels were too dirty- seem never been washed, lots of human hairs on the floor specially on the kitchen, the washer machine was leaking without having any notes for the condition on it so the bathroom was full of water upon starting using it, There was no parking available on the street at all. We were a couple with kid but for my son there was an air mattress which was leaking, so we had to blow it every hour. NO AC unitand the only fan was not sufficient. Overall we had to move to my friend's house at midnight!!!!! The property owner did not cooperate at all and did not reply to our message.

Wonderful Apartment but sometimes stressful

The Apartment offers a spacious living room joined to the bedroom, a Kitchen and Dining section lacking absolutely NOTHING. In the Bathroom, is a modern washing machine . Everything was perfect, however the Apartment lacked the ability to control the main entrance doors from the room, which means that for every time One received a Delivery for instance , one would need to walk a distance to the main entrance door and the elevator ( which also requires a key fob for control). I found that stressful

Alors que dire de cette location qui fut l'une de mesb sympas réservations en centre de Genève! L'appartement est exceptionnel, propre, épuré ! Avec une déco très soignée. L'agencement de cet appartement est très bien fait. J'ai l'habitude de réserver des appartements dans toute la Suisse mais pour moi celui-ci est exceptionnellement top. Situé à 150 mètre du jet de Genève. Les commodités les transports et restaurants sont a 20 mètres. Le loueur était d'une disponibilité hors père. Disponible, à l'écoute et très professionnels. Pour moi c'est une location que je garderai pour moi 😉😉🤣🤣 tellement j'ai adoré. C'est mon adresse que je garde pour mes déplacements à Genève. BRAVO

C'est inexact l'annonce "appartement 1 chambre".

L'emplacement de ce studio n'est pas loin de jet d'eau et la propreté de ce studio. La cuisine fonctionne bien.

1. Ce studio n'a pas de chambre !! (j'ai des photos). J'ai réservé une chambre car j'ai un grand fils de 16 ans. Dans cette pièce, il y a un grand lit et un petit lit pour un petit enfant où mon fils devait dormir dans ce mauvais lit. On ne pouvait pas utiliser le canapé comme lit. 2. Il faudrait un tapis baignoire antidérapant car très glissant, dangereux. Il n'y a pas de grill pain pour le petit déjeuner. Les serviettes de bain sont très usées, à changer. 3. L'organisation pour récupérer la clé était mauvaise. J'ai reçu la veille juste le code du wifi, pas de code d'entrée dans l'immeuble, ni dans l'appart ? Je pensais que l'hôte était là pour nous accueillir dans ce cas, mais non. On a été galéré à l'arrivée : il y a 2 bâtiments au No 7 ! Je devais l'appeler plusieurs fois car on était dans le mauvais bâtiment ! L'hôte n'a pas précisé lequel : Eglise. Je lui ai demandé de venir, l'hôte ne voulait pas. L'hôte m'envoyait à ce moment là le code+ photos pour chercher difficilement le boitier au sous sol. 4. Normalement on devait obtenir le Travel card pendant notre séjour mais non, on ne pouvait pas l'avoir car l'hôte n'a pas rempli le formulaire à nos noms pour faire valider; ce n'est pas suffisant avec le coupon. C'est vraiment désagréable pour nos 4 jours.
