This place is like home away from home!

This was our second trip to this apartment and it continues to be amazing. The location is great and the facility was clean and very inviting. Everything we needed including great wi-fi was available. All of the needs in the kitchen and bathroom were provided. The bed and living area were comfortable and inviting. We will definitely be returning next year to this apartment. I have made many visits to Geneva in the past, always for pleasure. This is perfect for my current needs.

Spacious flat in very central Geneva

Spacious and well furnished apartment in Geneva. Comfortable facilities including kitchen and bathroom. Felt cozy and very friendly. Location was extremely convenient in the old town.

The key handover was a very very difficult process and I had to wait 2 hours to receive them while late at night.

Great location and very comfy apartment. A+

Located in old town in a very beautiful area. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were small but had everything you need. We were there for XMas period and it’s about a 15 min walk to the main XMas markets. Very warm and cosy apartment and check in and out with help from host was simple. Highly recommend.

This isn’t a criticism it’s just advice to potential customers. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the stairs up are narrow and windy. Difficult to get too with large luggage. The heavy lifting is worth it though for price and location.

This place just feels like home!

It was just a great size, good enough for a couple. It just felt like home, so comfortable and welcoming. Plenty of room, and having different rooms was a plus. After a few weeks traveling, this one just struck me with how much it made me feel so comfortable.

The spiral staircase is a challenge if you have luggage.

Location fab

Was quite put off by owner telling us booking.com did not charge city tax. Told us to leave 40 francs on table as we left. Apartment location amazing but it was tired.

The location in Vieux Genève was excellent. The host was very helpful and very responsive.

Potential guests will want to know that the noise from the street below can get quite loud at night, and that there are several flights of stairs up to the apartment. (These things did not bother us much, but anyone considering the apartment should be aware of them.)

Excellent location, right in the old district. Lots of good restaurants nearby. We had a couple of issues but Philippe was very responsive.

Dining chairs sagging…there was a cushion we could use to make one of them more comfortable….it would be good to supply another cushion or replace the chairs.

We were very comfortable in this apartment. The location is super.

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. It was easy to get in on the day we arrived. And it was bigger than we expected! All questions were answered promptly.

There is a lot of street noise (typical of cities, of course) but we didn't mind it and just closed the windows at night. However I think it could be a challenge for light sleepers. I sleep with ear plugs so it was fine!

Good location and excellent facility.

Strategic location which is near to Geneva Cornavin station. Can either walk or take a tram to Bel-air which is nearest to the apartment.

From Bel Air Tram stop, the lane towards the apartment is quite steep. Hence, it can be quite challenging if you are carrying or rolling big luggages up the lane. The spiral staircase leading to the unit is very narrow.

Superb

It's a lovely warm and comfortable apartment right in the centre of the Old Town in Geneva. Well equipped, with quality furnishings, everything works as it should. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Geneva.

There is very little not to like, I suppose it was a little noisy on a Saturday night, but what do you expect in the centre of the old town. We closed the windows and it was virtually silent. It is on the third floor of a lovely old building, but we liked that.

Plus and minus

Location is excelent. In the centre of old city, close to shops and tramp station in small narrow pictoresque streat, location could not be better. Apartment is large enough for two persons. Windows are good and give perfect sound isolation. Kichen is well equiped and functional. Bathroom is correct, with good towels.

Cleanles is not on high level when we arrived, expecialy on arrival what surprise us. When you pay so much money for cleaning fee there are no tolerance. Toiletiers were insuficient. Owner did not have time to accept us on arrival or to say good bye on departure. We know that is not obligated, but it will be nice sign of hospitality, not only to grab money.

Geneva is expensive and this property seemed reasonable value, though would have looked elsewhere if we were aware of th

proximity to lake

there are many stairs to get to the property and then once you access the property it is another 30 plus spiral stairs to the unit. The apartment is adjacent to the petite palace nightclub which operates 7 days a week from 11pm to 5am. The nightclub patrons congregate outside the property and are noisy most of the night. There is no air co so during summer with windows opened this is a real issue. we had problems with the washing machine which Raphael fixed quickly, wifi was fair.

Disappointing

I liked the location.

This apartment has the bare minimum. The apartment is very cheaply furnished. The towels (3 towels were provided for 3 people, for a two night stay) were old, dirty and torn. The towels were a grey color (they were supposed to be white - at some point they were), they had a strange odor, and 2 of the three had tears and holes in them. The bed was dirty and stained. The headboard and bed frame were a beige fabric, which had multiple stains throughout. There was 1 tiny bottle of shampoo (even smaller than hotel size), no conditioner, no body wash, and no lotion for the entire stay. The hair dryer did not work. There is a “tv” which is actually the size of a computer monitor.

Good studio apartment very close to lake and shopping

Location was perfect, very close to shopping district, cafes, chocolates shops and even a few night clubs. Place was clean. Everything was functional. Owner was very responsive to messages. So no complaints at all.

There is nothing not to like about this place. Except the fact that it's difficult to bring luggage to the apartment through the small stairs.

Good central location with well equipped comfortable studio which was clean and welcoming. Wonderful pizzeria directly opposite.

It was noisy on some nights until up to 0500 in the morning despite windows being shut. The main stairwell door was on several occasions propped open which compromised security. Overall though it was a great stay. Thankyou.

There is a night club next to it working 24/7. Its not possible to sleep during the night with open windows at all.

GORGEOUS!

Apartamento de limpeza impecável com cama e sofá-cama bem confortáveis. A localização é muito boa, com bares, restaurantes, cafés, mercados e farmácias nas proximidades, mas o acesso pode ser meio desafiador, principalmente se você estiver com mala grande ou pesada, porque há uma rua bem íngrime para chegar até a acomodação caso vc venha do aeroporto de ônibus e desça na parada mais próxima. Para quem não é muito sedentário, vale muito a pena ficar neste apartamento. Eu particularmente adorei e recomendo.

O preço de qualquer coisa na Suíça é insano (hahaha), mas isso não tem nada a ver com o apartamento.

Petit studio très bien situé au cœur de Genève

Très bons contacts avec le propriétaire avant l’arrivée et sur place pour répondre à nos requêtes. Emplacement de choix au cœur de la vieille ville de Genève. Le studio possède une aile séparée pour la cuisine, qui est bien équipée, et une grande salle de bain. Le lit Queen est confortable.

L’insonorisation laisse à désirer: une épicerie en bas de l’immeuble fait activer une sonnette à chaque personne entrant et sortant, ce qui dérange il va s’en dire. Cela n’est aucunement sous le contrôle du propriétaire du studio, nous le reconnaissons, mais cela demeure tout de même incommodant.
