Great location and Nespresso maker
Flat is in prime location, however it really needs some TLC/DIY to make it more comfortable and welcoming. More pillows, blankets and towels needed for this property. There should be plenty of these provided. Also, there weren’t any hand towels. When we took off the bed linens before leaving, we found stains on the mattress. Not impressed. More coffee pods for espresso machine needed, as we ran out of them. The washing up liquid for kitchen and hand soap dispenser needed filling up. It would be helpful to make it easier to locate the box to get the key for flat. Find a better solution for people who stay at this property.

Good Location, not so good experience, especially for my first time in Switzerland.
The convenience of a kitchen and table to prepare and have meals.
There was no hot water in the shower two mornings we were there and it was really inconvenient because it was raining and cold for both those days.

Location was good, close to the lake and restaurants/cafes. The owner was very helpful in directing us to the apartment and parking
Listing on Booking.Com website misleading: Suggests there is an additional toilet - not true Suggests a useable bath - no bath plug Suggests outdoor dining area - tiny balcony with no room for two chairs Suggests City view - there is a view of the apartment opposite if that counts Apartment in poor decorative order: Mould on tiles in bathroom and around the wash basin The shower curtain is in a dire state with mould around the bottom Cigarette burns and stains to sofa Dirt by skirting boards behind bathroom door Skirting boards in general in a poor state Mould behind taps in kitchen area Other Nespresso machine not functioning - capsules go right through Smell of cigarette smoke form either corridor or neighbouring apartment

No air con, only portable unit and the flat was very warm. The area is noisy so difficult to leave windows open during the night

Fine apartment for 2 couples in a great location
Comfortable space in a really central location.
Overall not super clean. Lots of stains on the furniture. The bathroom was pretty nasty. Despite arranging with the host to check in early, there was no key when we arrived so we had to wait well over an hour.
