Unbelievably horrible experience

Nothing!What a scam! What a dump, we left that place, it's not a safe place to stay and booking.com didn't care! Did not get money back!!!

3 men smoking weed at the entrance where you have to put the code in. It doesn't feel safe I was scared and felt they were waiting for me to put the code in. The elevator is very small had to leave one luggage by itself, it was a hassle... when walked in, the place smells like old granny, I was discussed to even sit on the bed. I was on the Internernational phone with booking twice for 1 hour. I was so frustrated, waiting with my son, who is tiered and hungry, at 10 pm I am trying to figure out where to go and I was told by booking.com not to leave and stay at least an hour and call back. It was unbelievably terrible experience!!! Save yourself a trouble and don't book with booking.com they are not protecting their clients they are protecting the host that is renting out own place they live as nunrefundable studio and they called it "Amazing" on the booking.com site!!!

nada

estaba sucio, se notaba que ahí de normal vivía alguien, el check in fue horrible, el chico ya estaba en el piso y aún así tardó en recibirnos, por whatsapp hablabámos con una mujer, luego nos atendió otro chico, en fin, sin palabras. Por no decir lo mas importamte, pone que es para 3 personas, pero el sofá cama es practicamente como dormir en el suelo, no recomiendo para nada. La calle es mala también.

El alojamiento que pagamos para 3 personas en realidad solo era habitable para 2, ya que el «sofá cama « era una colchoneta, que estaba sucia tirada en el suelo. Tuvimos que dormir las 3 personas en la cama de matrimonio.

10/10 apartamento muy acogedor, nos sentimos como en casa, Avila fue muy atento y nos sentimos como en casa! Cerca del tren, transporte público, restaurantes y lugares de interés.

A casa tem as coisas pessoais do dono, tal como sapatos debaixo da cama!!!, roupa no guarda-fatos e comida no frigorífico. A cama é desconfortável para mais de uma noite. O prédio é muito barulhento com os vizinhos a fazer barulho a noite toda! A banheira está a desfazer-se.
