Very unresponsive host

The host was unresponsive. Tourist entitled for Geneva Free Transport Card, however the host didn’t apply for us. Throughout the stay the host didn’t no reply any of my text. Very disappointing

Easy to access, comfortable, modern apartment

Great location especially if you don't have a car.

The location of this property was ideal - short walks to the old city, the lake, and many restaurants. The rooftop window provided our kids with endless entertainment watching the birds and the jet d'eau from the bedroom.

We had trouble parking. We were told there was free parking on site but it was a part of a city lot and we got a parking ticket. We also didn't have enough towels and were not provided any additional ones after we messaged the host.

Pleasant for a short stay - very basic.

The property is well located in Geneva and walkable to most parts of the city. The building is secure and the apartment was clean. There is sufficient space between the two rooms for a short stay.

There was only 2 towels for 4 individuals staying and the place is advertised for 4 adults. There is no remote for the air conditioning unit and the apartment is on the top floor and get stuffy in the evening/ night-time. The toiletries available in the bathroom are minimal.

Great for a short city break

Good location - very central and well connected. Good facilities - lots of kitchen stuff (no microwave or kettle) and private bathroom and dining area. Plaster peeling off ceiling but didn’t affect the stay.

Prime location

I had a good experience during my first stay, which led me to rebook for my next visit just a few days later. Unfortunately, during the second stay, the apartment hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest. The towels weren’t changed, the bed was left messy, and the toilet and dining table were dirty. Although the host sends out a friendly automated message, they were completely unresponsive despite multiple attempts to reach them via WhatsApp, the booking platform, email, and phone calls. Even worse, the message has been “seen” and still no response. This stay was easily one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had. Despite the prime location, it is very disappointing.

Nice location and generally good stay but much room for improvement regarding cleanliness and comms

Smooth check in and the host let us check in early too which was much appreciated. The flat was well located. Coffee machine and view were great and the flat is tastefully decorated.

The description of the flat was not clear. The flat is open lay out, so there's no door separating the bedroom from the living space which means less privacy, and if travelling with small kids makes it impractical. We asked for a baby bed, got a notification it was installed but when we arrived it wasn't there. The WiFi connection dropped often. The place could be cleaner. The bathroom smelled mouldy and the pots and pans in the kitchen were oily and dirty. The kitchen could have been stocked better too.

Dirty mattress, terrible communication

Location is good.

I arrived at 9pm and found traces of bed bugs (dark spots) on the mattress and bed sheets, which overall weren't clean. I tried to contact the host via messages and phone but they didn't respond. I didn't want to risk an infection so I had no choice but to leave the room at 10pm and to find a different place to stay, which was pretty stressful. Two days later as I messaged him again, the host claimed these were not bed bugs (I still doubt it), didn't apologize for the lack of responsiveness, and refused to refund me, even partially. Overall the level of service and communication were terrible, so I would avoid this place and host.

It was an ok stay at this apartment. The place is nice except the old shower and the bed position.

Location

The water in the shower was not drained probably. The towels were old and had stain marks on it but the owner provided a new set of towels for us. The bed was put in an angled wall, which does not have enough high and nearly hurt my head when I sit up.

location. the entire apartment. was super tidy. everything was there. kitchen set, toilet, coffee and coffee machine. was very nice view.

well, the bed is an asian style- like mattress. 1 bed cover only. if you are just friends, well- you cannot sleep together at the same bed, it will be uncomfortable. the suggestion is to add an extra bed sheet and cover to the property. I slept of the sofa, covered by my coat. i was traveling with a friend.

Appartement hyper fonctionnel et joliment décoré, avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix pour Genève. Entrée très facile et logement propre et très agréable. Parfait, même pour 4 personnes.

Il y a eu un petit couac d'organisation. Nous avions demandé à partir un peu plus tard, ce qui avait été préalablement accepté par l'hôte, 11h au lieu de 10h. Pourtant, à 10h, les locataires suivants sont arrivés pour poser leurs valises. L'hôte leur avait dit que le logement était vide. Ils ont du attendre une dizaine de minutes dans le couloir que nous finissions de ranger en vitesse. Attention : le logement est franchement parfait, mais il manque cruellement d'équipement (assiettes, verres, couverts, casseroles, ustensiles, etc)

Helppo saapuminen, ovikoodi ja avainlaatikon koodi lähetettiin edellisenä päivänä. Hyvä sijainti, kävelyetäisyydellä keskustan nähtävyyksistä. Ikkunasta näkyi Genevejärven suihkulähde. Kahdelle aikuiselle sopiva asunto. Netflix kiva lisä!

Keittiö ja kylpyhuone kaipaisi jo pientä remontointia ja kunnon tehosiivousta. Leikkuulauta keittiössä haisi ihan karmealle ennen kuin pesin sen itse (olisiko edellinen asukas fileoinut siinä kalaa..?). Jääkaapissa edellisen asukkaan avatut ruuat.

A comunicação com a anfitriã é péssima. Tem mensagens automáticas apenas, e não responde uma única vez ao que solicitamos. O apartamento não era o que está nas fotografias, porque acredito que a anfitriã tenha mais do que um apartamento para alugar. No entanto, todos eles deviam de estar nas fotografias. Sofá-cama desconfortável. O secador não funcionava. Só meteram duas toalhas de banho, mesmo nós tendo pago o alojamento para três pessoas.

L’appartement est spacieux et lumineux dans une résidence sécurisée et très bien placé dans Geneves.

Les casseroles et poêles beaucoup trop usées pour s’en servir. Il manquait un adaptateur pour utiliser le sèche-cheveux. Dans le frigo pas d’étagère pour poser les aliments. Les 2 couettes étaient trop petites pour les lits de 2 personnes et la chambre mériterait une porte pour plus d’intimité. Ceci étant tout cela peut-être facilement amélioré pour avoir une prestation au top.

Für einen Kurztrip hervorragend. Gerne wieder.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Wir haben eine ausführliche Instruktion erhalten auf Booking, somit was das Check-in ganz einfach. Gleich unter dem Apartment gibt es ein nettes Lokal wo wir Prosecco und eine Fleischplatte mit Bruschetta gegessen haben.

Alles war sehr gut. Das Bad war nicht sehr modern, aber okay für den Preis.

Excelente ubicación, el departamento estaba en buenas condiciones y espacioso. Puedes ver el chorro desde la ventana del cuarto. Hay tiendas y restaurantes cerca. En verdad muy cómodo y lindo, las indicaciones para entrar fueron muy claras
