Okayish apartment but irresponsive staff

Nice location, 15 mins to the city center by uber or tram. Convenient check-in with bluetooth doorlock.

Heating system wasn't working well. Coffee machine was broken. We notified the staff, they said they would come and fix it but we never heard anything from them anymore, they didnt reply to our messages and they didn't pick up the phone anymore. Also there was no hairdryer in the apartment. The apartment has so much potential but sadly is being mismanaged. :(

Terrible, will not recommend or return, very disappointing

Smell of smoke in corridor Bad smell in one of the apartments Over Complicated keyless access Keys for apartments not working Aircon not working, called emergency number and technician was not aware of the issues. Received an email from the agency advising that the aircon hasn’t been working for weeks and we were not advised. A heat wave in Geneva at the time. We left early and didn’t stay the 2nd night as we could not sleep in the heat.

Exactly as described. Nicely presented, very comfortable flat, ease of access to trams about 15 mins from centre. Perfect location for our trip. Excellent shower and very comfortable bed. Didn’t use kitchen facilities but welcome addition.

No provision of cleaning detergents for bathroom Shower area does not have soap or shower holder. The bed is showing signs of ageing as it is squeaky. Please clean the pillows not only the pillow cases

Really bad experience!

Bad experience, the worst I have had in Europe in recent years. It is mainly a hygiene issue. When I woke up the first morning after check in, I found rashes on my lower back and arms. I immediately sent an email (around 9 o'clock) to request a change of bed sheet and quilt cover, but I didn't receive a reply until almost three in the afternoon, and they refused to change them on the same day, saying that the cleaning team had already left. I only stayed for three nights in total, so what's the point of changing them on the last day? Later, the rash worsened and became an obvious papular urticaria. This forced me to take medicine and apply medication continuously, which affected my work and life, and may last for 2weeks and even longer. Secondly, after I checked in, the accommodation was obviously slow to respond to my emails, and later simply stopped responding. The receipt was also sent after repeated email requests. In short, I am very dissatisfied.

Overall it was an ok experience, the rest of Geneva and the towns around the lake made up for it and then some.

It was clean and it was easy to find.

There was a couple of issues really at this property. One, the AC didn’t work the entire time we were there. And two, with the exception of a small soap and toilet paper, there were no other toiletries. I would suggest a small shampoo/conditioner, body wash, be available for the guest. Regarding the AC, the first day we go there it was 33C, hot and humid. It was a Saturday and the person we were talking to said that the contractor does not work on the weekend. They did send a friend handyman, but they really had no way to repair it. The handyman did bring a fan to help at least a little bit. At night, it did cool down just a little bit, but it was still humid. We took showers twice to stay cool. Even though they promised to have someone there on Monday to repair the issue, no one showed up. We didn’t let this ruin our stay, so we only came back at night when it got cooler.

Lovely stay in a quiet Geneva neighbourhood

The apartment was very large and nicely decorated. The team was very friendly and were always answering my emails and phone calls. I was worried about the electronic key to be used with an app, but it functioned very well. There was even a coffee and tea that I could use with a coffee machine and a tea kettle. Also towels and hair dryer were provided.

The apartment is quite far out from the city centre. There was no soap or shampoos so its good I had them with me (not the soap though!).

very loud. Fridge is loud, Air conditioning is loud even if switched off. you can hear all noises in the house. support is very laggy, often no answer on direct questions and with a delay of answering of half a day.

NIGHTMARE

The customer service was the worst in all my life. We paid in advance and we had to find another accommodation because we couldn't access the room. It was a nightmare, with 2 kids in the middle of the night looking for a place to sleep.

Everything, the worst. It was the worst experience in my life. After 3 months we are still waiting for the promised reimbursement, but nothing. They are a FRAUD.

Apartment was very clean at my arrival , it has modern installations , and it’s complete in all areas! Laundry it’s also available at the basement for 2,50 each use . Contact whit the staff and checkin were easy !

Good alternative to the hotel

I liked the location. It is close to the tram stop and also to the centre of Carouge and Planpalais. The bulding is modern and also close to the supermarkets and some restaurants.

The check-in process, particularly about access to the building and the room, was confusing. The management gave me all the information after I had called them, but they did so reluctantly, assuming that I had not read the messages. I had read them, but I could not find any relevant information about the access; hence I called them. The other problem we had was that the ceiling light was connected to the TV electricity source. So, we had to turn on the light, even during the daytime, to watch the TV, which had only a few French and Spanish channels

Plusieurs coupures d'électricité, plombs pas accessibles, des blattes sont apparues avec l'obscurité. J'ai été remboursée pour la dernière nuit que je n ai pas passé là-bas, par contre aucun dédommagement pour les coupures de courant et quant aux blattes "rien ne prouve qu'il y en avait avant mon arrivée"... Nb: il n'est pas dans mes habitudes de transporter des blattes avec moi.

Bonjour je voudrais sur cette établissement à Carouge Genève... C'est l'habitude de me déplacer dans des appart de ce style.... Je peux vous dire que j'étais fabuleuse Maé agréable surprise de l'appartement... Aussi bien la propreté les équipements le design la déco... Je voyage en Suisse depuis un an... Et cette appartement était en retard de mes espérances ! J'ai adoré tout est tram 1 minutes à pied pour aller en 5mn minutes à plainpalais et Cornavin! Des restaurants sont à proximité. C'est pour le moment le meilleur logement que j'ai fait soit environ une 20ene. De plus j'ai croisé la femme de ménage... Je tenais à la félicité pour son travail et femme très impliqué très gentil tu parles français ! C'est dame aime son travail et son employeur. Merci à elle pour sa gentillesse.

Posizione molto comoda, a due passi da un park & ride e dalla fermata del tram, tenda da sole filtrante esterna, condizionatore, tavolino, macchina del caffè espresso anche se con poche cialde a disposizione, doccia ampia e pulita. Stoviglie e forno a microonde 👌🏻, pulizia 👌🏻 Un po’ rumoroso il frigo ma a temperatura si spegne e quindi ok. Comoda l’apertura senza chiavi una volta capito come si apre😁 appartamento consigliato ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nous avions une petite cuisine fonctionnelle. Propre et sympathique. Services à proximité et transports en commun très faciles à utiliser.
