The place was ok, the cost of the apartment was too high and there was no lift to transfer your bags

The room was ok but there was no lift to support the carriage of bags to the last floor. A building of that height should have made provision for a lift. Apart from that, everything was ok.

Great location, but the lack of an elevator is a big downside

Location.

Unfortunately, my check-in experience was not ideal, as I overlooked the fact that there is no elevator—a crucial detail that appears too far down the Booking listing and is easy to miss. I was placed on the top floor and had to carry several heavy suitcases upstairs, which led to a spike in my blood pressure and severe back pain, especially since my wife cannot help with heavy lifting. This information should be clearly stated at the top of the listing. Fortunately, I was provided assistance during check-out to bring the luggage down, which I truly appreciated. However, this apartment is definitely not recommended for older adults or anyone arriving with heavy luggage.

the only thing I liked about the apartment was that it is well located

•The apartment was dirty, the dishes and kitchen utensils were dirty. •There was nothing to clean the dishes and I had to buy it with my own money (1y2 photos) •The apartment smelled a lot of tobacco, I had to buy some candles to hide the smell. •No elevator. •The heating doesn't work and it's cold. •I wrote to them complaining about the problems and they never answered me.

Limpio y con las facilidades suficientes.

Para la época del año le faltó aire acondicionado. También faltaron implementos como gel de baño, para limpieza de baño y piso de cocina, así como fundas de basura apropiadas y mejores instrucciones para la separación de residuos. Además las instrucciones para abrir la puerta con bluetooth se les olvidó decir que necesitábamos contar con internet para el efecto.

No había ningún artículo de limpieza,solo un rollo de papel higiénico para una semana, tampoco había balletas para limpieza. Salvo eso muy buena ubicación y estancia muy cómoda

Palazzo un po’ fatiscente, odori da ristorante sotto la finestra, materiale consumabile minimo indispensabile ( 1 piccolo sapone, 1 rotolo carta igienica), niente altro. No ascensore

Agradable

No tenía ascensor siendo 2 planta, no disponía de aire acondicionado y la entrada tubo que ser a las 14:00 y dejar el apartamento a las 10:00 teniendo la salida del vuelo a las 21:00.gracias que el tiempo nos respeto y nos fuimos antes al aeropuerto. Pero en general bien.

L’appartement est propre, bien équipé, bien situé.

Le lit grince énormément : j’étais réveillée à chaque fois que mon amie se retournait. De plus, la couette est beaucoup trop petite ; il nous arrivait presque d’avoir chacune une jambe qui dépassait une fois dessous. Enfin, un point très problématique : les prises électriques sont petites et ne permettent de brancher que des prises plates. Il serait important de le préciser à l’avance, et peut-être de mettre un sèche-cheveux à disposition, car nous n’avons pas pu utiliser nos appareils à prise ronde.

Notre pire expérience à Genève

Sa situation géographique

L’enregistrement a été laborieux, nous sommes restés dehors à attendre plus d’1H sous la pluie et le froid. Aucune consigne ne nous avait été communiquée avant notre arrivée. Nous avons dû appeler 5 fois, échanger avec 3 interlocuteurs différents + messages via WhatsApp avant de pouvoir accéder à l’appartement. Une intervention de 3 personnes dans l’appartement pour les pigeons sur le balcon dès 8H du matin 2 jours après notre arrivée. Impossible d’aérer la pièce principale car les fiantes n’avaient pas été nettoyées de la semaine. Il n’y a pas de micro-ondes, pas de sèche cheveux, la literie et les oreillers mauvais. Au rez de chaussée un restaurant bar à cocktails très bruyant jusqu’à 2H du matin . Bien sûr nous n’avons pas prolongé notre séjour et nous n’y reviendrons jamais.
