This 105m2 duplex is completely renovated at the foot of the Gambetta market for 8 people and offers comfort, modernity and practicality. Located in the heart of the city centre and close to restaurants and the crusette, it will also seduce you with its neat decoration and industrial style.MAIN OUTCOMES - 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with toilet.- Direct access to the Gambetta market.- Train station and Croisette is a 5-minute walk away.- Air conditioning in every room.- Great living room and beautiful brightness. HOUSING Upon arrival, you will enjoy a large living room, carefully decorated by an architect and with industrial charm. It is divided between two spaces: a comfortable living room (with Smart TV) and an open and fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms with double bed and one bathroom each (one with bathtub, the other with shower) are also provided at this level. Upstairs, two extra bedrooms, with a shared shower room as well as their toilet and towel dryer for more comfort. In short, this apartment offers you an ideal location close to the heart of Cannes, as well as comfort and an optimal living space thanks to its two floors and its large surfaces. ACCESS TO PROPERTY Access the apartment easily in 5 minutes walk from the train station. There are also many parking lots in the area, all about 5 minutes walk from the accommodation. We recommend the car park of Commander Lamy, to which you can subscribe a weekly subscription, which we can of course take care of for you via our concierge service. Once in the building, head to the 3rd and last floor WITHOUT elevator, but with small steps, to find your apartment, alone on this landing. INTERACTION Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (we can allow you to leave later or arrive earlier depending on our availability, do not hesitate to contact us).A surcharge of 35€ is applied for arrivals after 8pm. Arrivals after midnight are made directly on key box, to be recovered directly in our premises 85 avenue Maréchal June in Cannes. QUARTIER A few steps away you will find several small cafes, a market as well as a Carrefour Market.We invite you to take a walk in the street d You will especially appreciate the shops of the most popular brands, or the Croisette, just further away, where you will find all the most prestigious brands and enjoy your shopping day in the shade of palm trees. You can also quickly access:- La Croisette in 8 minutes walk- Festival Palace 10 minutes away- The port of Cannes at 12 minutes COMMON TRANSPORT Close to the train station, where all bus stops are also located. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Parking in the very street of the accommodation, with public parking 5 minutes walk.Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, towels...)The essentials of your daily arrival (freezer shower, shampoo, coffee, water...) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible). Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra. Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
