Nice stay in the great location.

The room was small, but quiet. Actually I've heard some music from the nearby club, but it was winter, I kept the balcony closed and didn't felt discomfort. Also when I've get in the room, I checked the kitchenware, and the agency has supplied all I needed in 20 minutes.

Location

There was no heating in the apartment. For two days the temperature was 15C in the room. Ants and hairs all over the room, mold and rust in the bathroom.

The location at 45 Croisette is in fact the address of the agencies office and not the location in which we stayed. We were brought to the building behind and we were facing another street. Not the Croisette blv. It also needs a new paint job and there is construction work across the street

More frustration than relaxation

The location was convenient and the security guard was nice.

The bathroom in our room has a strong, unpleasant odor. Additionally, the TV remote's range is very poor, making it difficult to use. Our noise complaint was ignored by the staff. We found no soap and very little toilet paper provided. The shower only provided warm water for less than 10 minutes, which was inconvenient for two people, forcing one of us to shower with cold water. 😕

The location is excellent but the accommodation itself is very basic and a very small space. The city view is actually a view of a car park and can be noisy.

Clean, well-located apartment

I had a great stay at this apartment in Cannes :) Everything was very clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the small coffee machine—perfect for a morning espresso. The location is fantastic, with everything I needed just a short walk away. Would definitely stay here again

Central location in town centre

Booking.com’s ad is misleading, the agency has perhaps 10 apartments to let, one is not sure what you will get until you actually arrive. But this is a general failing of booking.com - accuracy. A typical example is a description ‘ one bedroom apartment’ which is actually a studio with only a pull out sofa bed, a kitchenette ‘en suite’, a Juliette balcony with a sea view in the mirror!

Great location and good stay for the price

Location was great. Close to the beach and close to the center with all the shops and restaurants. The room facilities were pretty good with a tv, fridge, microwave, hob and iron. Nice to have a balcony. The staff were friendly and kindly let us store our bags before our check-in time and after checking out.

Bathroom: The bathroom was really small and a little smelly (maybe the pipes?). The shower was really small and the water didn’t drain properly. Pillows: Not very comfortable as they were a little clumpy and very flat (that can be personal preference though). No cleaning supplies: We we’re there for 4 nights and definitely could have used a dustpan and brush or broom to clean up dust and hair. Noise: it was a little noisy due to construction and some of the bars/restaurants. Nothing can be done about this but I’d recommend bringing ear plugs.

Not good.

The hall to the apartment is always pitch black. Once you enter you must walk about 5 feet to turn hall lights on. If you are leaving your unit you must walk a good 10 feet to turn hall lights on (the switch outside our unit was broken). This made me feel very uncomfortable and nervous as I am a female traveling alone with my 7 year old and pitch black hallways in unfamiliar places are things we like to avoid! The location picture (and on maps) is of the front of the office. The apartments are in a building located behind the building shown in pictures on bookings website. We paid for 4 nights but only stayed 1. I am attaching a photo of our room (which I felt did not match online pictures) taken at 3:14 AM. This was with all blinds closed. At check out I told host how frustrated I was and he insisted there was another shade but I never found it and searched and searched!

Excellent location with great potential

Excellent location between the beach and the shopping street. Communication with the host before I came was excellent. To have a balcony was also very nice.

The water did not go down the drain in the shower which made the whole bathroom full with water every time we showered. This was really not fun. Also the internet did not work.

The Studio was equipped with all that I needed for my stay. The balcony was great and the location was good.

The noise level in the early hours of the night/morning was horrendous. I didn't realise we were right next to the Party Centre of Cannes. I was woken at 5 am - 6 am every morning by partygoers leaving the nightclubs and going home. They would sing, scream and generally be loud right outside this apartment. If that didn't wake me, the glass bottle collection trucks would. Similar time. This left me extremely tired for the next day, and my meetings. If you're looking for a good nights sleep, this isn't the apartment for you. Unless you're a very deep sleeper
