The area

We had a very pleasant stay at Agence des Résidences – Appartements privés du 45 Croisette. We have been staying here for the past few years during TFWA, and it has consistently been a great choice. The location is absolutely excellent, especially for anyone attending TFWA meetings and events. Being right on the Croisette makes everything extremely convenient, with the Palais des Festivals, hotels, restaurants, and meeting venues all within easy walking distance. The apartments are comfortable, well maintained, and offer everything needed for a business stay in Cannes. We also appreciate the consistency of the experience year after year, which is one of the main reasons we continue to come back. Overall, a very reliable and convenient place to stay in Cannes, with an unbeatable location. We will definitely consider staying here again for future TFWA visits.

The apartments are quite overpriced, even considering the excellent location on the Croisette. I also feel that a little more attention could be given to cleanliness and housekeeping standards, especially given the price level. These are relatively minor points, but improving them would make the overall experience much better.

Above all, the location—even though the noise and the night-time discos were excessive.

Location close to beach. The room was ok for me but could do with a clean up ie mould all around the windows, maybe offer an alternative to the coffee machine like a mocca pot. It would also be nice to have a broom and some cleaning materials in the apartment so you can tidy etc.

A room looking over a building site as above needs a bit of a refresher as a room and balcony. The air conditioning unit dripping on to the balcony table was a bit worrying as it deterred eating and drinking there or making sure you avoided the drips
