Make sure, you don’t get 3B

Only the location was great!

There was no carpet, the apartment was extremely cold, the bed was not longer than 170 cm, the shower was installed at 150 cm, so if you want to wash your hair - its very difficult. The entire place was dusty, there were no even tissues, soap (had to buy my own and left it for them); the kettle was completely broken and when i boiled water - it smelled like melting plastic…

Comfortable stay at an excellent location

Excellent location, close to the station, the beach and all the main places in Cannes. The staff were very helpful.

The flat requires some minor maintenance like blocked drain in the shower and some walls would benefit from repainting, but overall our stay was very comfortable

Perfect Location and Great Value in the Heart of Cannes

I had a fantastic stay here! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk (45 meters ca) to La Croisette and surrounded by excellent restaurants like Bobo, which is literally around the corner. It’s the ideal apartment for anyone wanting to enjoy the beaches, shopping, and vibrant dining scene in Cannes. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and even allowed me to store my luggage after checkout, which I really appreciated. The rooms are simple but have everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s exactly what you want if you’re looking for a clean and functional place to sleep and relax after a day out. There’s also a washing machine and a small kitchen, which is great if you prefer not to eat out—though with so many restaurants, cafés and bakeries just outside the door, you might not need it! Would definitely stay here again.

Decent value for money

The physical location in terms of location is very good. It's on the main Blvd de la Croisette, and near alot of bars and restaurants. This also comes with a negative as stated below. The apartment is also quite spacious, better option than a hotel room as the bathroom and living space is twice the size of a normal hotel room.

The pillows are too thin, it's like sleeping with paper. And there is only 1 pillow. Even if you fold it in half, it's still not enough, you'll need 3x pillows. The WiFi is not good quality, very slow and the signal in the apartment is not good. The physical location is good, but it's near bars and clubs that play loud music until 2am or even later. If you're trying to have a quiet night with a bit of a sea breeze coming in through the window, this location will not be good for you. All you will hear is people screaming and the bass of the music pulsing until early hours.

BIG SCAM

False Advertisement. They show the dream-like apartment looking over a courtyard that may have an ocean view, but what I got was a dark run down building and apartment that may have been empty for a while, dust everywhere and cockroach in the closet!!!!

The property is in an excellent location facing the Croisette really easy to get everywhere. When we arrived it was clean, the apartment is spacious, the kitchen has everything you might need even the washing machine.

The fact that we all that money you pay for staying, you still need to pay 25 euro per hour to get your apartment cleaned and pay an extra if you want new towels. That is a bit excessive

The apartment was dirty !! The pillows were yellow and smelly , stinks !! I had to clean everything 😩!! The pillows the towels the blanchet everything!!! The air conditioning filter was dirty too and a bed smell was coming out when it's on !! I am.so sorry to say this but the price it not right for that apartment!! I leave the appartament clean as new the way I should have it when I arrive!!! The personal il gentle but ..I am.so sorry !!! I spend 1 day to clean all the appartament!! It's not possible like this!! I have the foto of first when I arrive and the foto when I left the apartment!!

The location is excellent, however a bit noisyn especially the trashbins, that are used by restaurants and bars, every five minutes a bin full of empty bottles in the container is a bit much

very noisy, if you sleep before 4 am don’t stay at this property. Neighbors are loud to the extent that one woman started screaming at 5 in the morning. Unresponsive staff once reported. Bed was given with two very tiny pillows not enough if you are traveling as a couple. Will NEVER stay here again.
