Beautiful 4-bedroom Belle Epoque apartment recently renovated and located on Boulevard d‘Alscace, a short walk to the Croisette and beaches and an 9 min walk to the Palais des Festivals.
The space
This apartment is located in the center of Cannes, a few steps from restaurants, shops, and a 6 min. walk to the Croisette and beaches.
This bright 160 m2 apartment offers a spacious living and dining area, a separate fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine and everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are also 4 comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a shower room, and 4 balconies that look over the building's gardens! The apartment also have private off-street parking.
The living area includes a dining table that comfortably sits up to 8 guests, a large flat screen TV, and two comfortable couches. Three of the bedrooms have access to a balcony. All of them are equipped with two single beds that can be put together as a king size bed.
The large bathroom offers a spacious shower, a Jacuzzi tub, and a sauna that can accommodate 4 people. The smaller bathroom has a shower. Both of these bathrooms are accessible from the hallway of the apartment, while the shower room is en suite to the Hong Kong room.

For every guest we offer complimentary luxury hotel bath products, a bottle of wine, Nespresso coffee, and basic necessities.
