I felt they should take down the posting on booking.com.

It was good sunny days!!

I was forced to make a sudden change to different accommodations at check-in time.They moved us to a different location with a different name and address for the building. Also, the room was not as clean as the room I was supposed to stay in and was difficult to use with lots of private luggage. I searched for that lodging on AirBNB and found that it was rented out for half the price. The problem was that I did not have the accommodations I had reserved and no refund was made for the difference. And the shower had no hot water and the elevator was out of service because it was out of order, which was very uncomfortable and the worst part.

When we arrived, there were still workers there to finish repairs but, it was short and they left 45 minutes later.

Amazing terrace with breathtaking view of Cannes and Lerîns islands

had a great stay in this beautiful apartment, the view is breathtaking, the property is located in an ideal location. The apartment is bright. Beds are comfortable and near and full of all amenities. The private garden and the Olympic swimming pool are amazing Félix did a great job making us feel at home. I highly recommend this place and hope to be back very soon.

It was bonne vacance in Cannes

Very clean apartment just renewed, it was nice to test the new beds. Just very few minutes walk to supermarket , all cafes, restaurants and beaches. Perfect location, view and amenities. Hope to come back soon... + Swimming pool + Tennis + Hotel service such as spa and great massage

Just terrible!

Location was good.

I have been holiday so many times and have yet to find the need to write a review but consider this my public service for any would be holiday makers out there. Please do not be fooled by the pictures you see online. It does not match the property. It is much smaller and there is no nice large balcony to relax on. Certainly not what you see online. I walked in and my disappointment was palpable. One bed was held up by bucket on one side. The living room table was wonky. It took two days to get the keys to access the property as Felix (property manager) decided it “was not his fault” I didn’t have fob/keys.” - go figure. No one turned up to help so my very young kids and partner had to press the buzzers of different apartments hoping someone would let us in. Several times we spent 30 -40 minutes hoping to be let in, with no idea if someone else would be home. I had young children so this was terrible. Let me be clear- this apartmen has no access to the swimming pool that they advertise. It is a lie! We turned up there through a “back entrance” and were not allowed in like “the real guests” of the adjoining hotel. This was terrible as I specifically wanted an apartment with a pool. I paid for a service that weren’t able to use. Felix then offered me tickets to a nearby Olympic swimming pool but this is not what I paid for or what was advertised. The tickets were then magically not available anyway! Felix was of little help and decided it was “not that bad” and that it is “not his fault”. He messaged me for the second part of my deposit amidst all this. Once I paid, he ignored my messages despite me sending him the pictures advertised on booking.com and emphasise that they didn’t match the apartment at all. But it gets worse. I was sleeping and at 1 am we are all awoken in fear as the handles of the door are being turned and pulled and my children start crying and my partner in desperate fear.

In a safe and secured area with a great garden , two elevators are at your disposal. The apartment is big , there is tv on each rooms with many channels Toilets and bathroom are well down Tennis , two swimming pool belongs to the complex Location is great , Casino supermarket , Cannes center and beach are only few mn walking distance

Une catastrophe

A vrai dire Rien.

Je n'ai tout simplement pas réservé pour un tel appartement. Ma réservation confirmée vantais des images d'un appartement lumineux et spacieux pour un prix que je voulais encore bien mettre compte tenu de l'inflation des prix en période de Mipim. J'ai donc été simplement trompé sur la marchandise. Appartement avec porte et serrure en mauvais état - pas de propreté assurée - ai du mettre des draps moi-même sans être certain qu'ils étaient propres... aucune vue - du mobilier défraichi et des vêtements et objets partout un peu vite mis "sous le tapis" . Salle de bain remplie d'accessoires appartenant à l'occupant. Idem pour la cuisine et pas de vaiselle rangée après nettoyage. Un cadeau d'accueil indigne (pas grave mais pas la peine de présenter cela avec quelques raisins achetés à la va vite dans je ne sais quel boutique du quartier et certes une bouteille de vin que je n'ai pas ouverte). Bref une catastrophe.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet appartement spacieux et lumineux. Idéalement situé dans un quartier calme de Cannes, il est à quelques minutes de la Croisette et du Palais des Festivals, ce qui en fait un emplacement parfait pour explorer la ville. L'appartement est très bien équipé avec des chambres spacieuses et une cuisine Tout est pensé pour le confort des voyageurs, y compris la machine à laver, l'étendoir et le canapé-lit dans le salon. L'accueil chaleureux et professionnel de l'hôte a été la cerise sur le gâteau.

l'appartement n'est pas entretenu.nous sommes arrives et avons trouve porte de la cuisine cassee, lavevaisselle inutilisable, plafond de la salle de bain totalement cloque par l'humidite.pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain du bas, chauffage qui ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre du bas la rendant inutilisable.Chaises cassees sur la terrasse.Le proprietaire s'est mis aux abonnes absents quand nous lui avons fait part de tout ces problemes.pour le prix la qualite n'y est pas du tout.
