Mr. Baron, the owner, is very attentive and caring. The house was in a great location, close to everything. The balcony was large and very useful. There was a washing machine, a dishwasher, and sufficient kitchen supplies. Having two bathrooms was also very nice. The owner had brought an umbrella and chairs for the beach and left them for us to use. This was a great idea, and we were very happy.

There are two very large bedrooms, but they lack wardrobes. The dressing room was separate, and it was difficult to get to the dressing room each time. Also, the dressing room light was broken and kept flickering on and off. The bedroom door handle was broken, and I was trapped inside the room. I had to go across the balcony to the other room and then out. On the last day, the elevator broke down. We had to carry our luggage down two flights. There's only one armchair in the living room, but the living room is large and could have accommodated an extra armchair.

Facilities, location, clean. The host Mr. Baron, was always contacting us asking about our needs and giving us suggestions on where to go. Definitely will visit again.

For the first time, I'm giving 10 out of 10 — and it's absolutely well-deserved! The location was perfect and the apartment was large and spacious — the photos really don’t reflect how great it is in reality. Two bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was spotlessly clean. We were welcomed with a thoughtful package: coffee, tea, sweet snacks, and even a chilled bottle of wine. The underground garage and the 150-meter distance to the sea mean you can walk everywhere and soak up the Riviera sun. One of the best apartments I’ve ever booked for myself and my family. Truly outstanding!

The only minor downside was the view from the balcony, which faced the windows of a neighboring building — but honestly, you don’t come to a place like this to sit indoors
