Highly recommended!

Highly recommended. Big thanks to Christophe, who was very polite and helpful during our stay. We really didn't expect such good service and smooth organization. Whatever we needed, when we asked, everything was solved very quickly. The apartment was really tidy, nothing was missing during our stay. Big TV with a variety of channels, comfortable beds and quality bathrooms. Impressive view from the windows and large terraces to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sun with a glass of wine. We were very happy that we had a secure parking and a charger for our electric car, it solved a lot of problems and we could relax and not stress. Very good location, close to the sea and all the shops. Just a few minutes to a very good bakery. We played tennis and enjoyed the beautiful park area, it's a pity that it was out of season, so we couldn't swim in the pool. But, we will come back and definitely do it 😁, and more than once.

Perfect stay away from the hustle bustle

The location was perfect for family, away from the business of cannes but close enough to town that we were able to enjoy our one week holiday there. We watched the sunrise at 8am along the harbour which is only 3 mins walk away from the apartment.

The floor could have been cleaned better. Our socks were brown/ dark after walking around in the house after few hours.

My worst Booking.com experience

I stayed at 2 of their apartments for the period of 2 weeks and all I can say is that I could use my 5000eur sooo much better. When I entered the apartment, it didn’t feel freshly cleaned, it had a bad smell, which they tried to cover with some air freshners. The beds were uncomfortable, I felt insecure the whole time, the communication with their team was so poor from the beggining, ever since I booked the trip. We were out of electricity at times, and let me tell you -this apartment has nothing to do with the word ‘luxury’. The only thing I liked was the garden, and that’s it. For my two week stay I didn’t even have one change of towels! Horrible.

Save your money.

This was suposed to be the vacation of my dreams, which truly turned to an endless night mare and sleepless nights. The place smells of mold, 4 sliding doors on the ground level apartment were not working, it was so noisy because of the road nearby, and to be completely honest, it is everything but luxury stay, as they advertise it. I felt incredibly unsafe, I have been asking from the team to fix the sliding doors, to do a refund of a part of the stay, since I felt so terrible that I went for 2 nights to a hotel so I can get some sleep, but all they did was just delaying everything on purpose, just in time for when I’m about to leave. This was definitely my worst Booking experience ever.

great location just outside Cannes. Melissa and her team were very helpful throughout our stay. Even though there was construction going on at the villa we stayed another day. the Sunset villa was great.

The location meaning you are so close to the shops and restaurants yet its surroundings are so peaceful. The rooftop terrance provide the best views and it really does feel like home.

Fantastic experience ! From booking with emilie to being taken care if by Richard and Chris. They were absolutely amazing. Ample of parking(including electric charging stations). The Bentley shuttle service and Padel courts were lovedddd by everyone in our group. Will definitely stay again.

Barely made the grade.

Not much.

Property was in an unsafe area. I say this because if you require a vaulted door and roll down metal shutters, you're not in a good part of town. Furniture was quite used, rugs dirty. Bathrooms seemed clean, but no washcloths available. Top floor bed was so hard we slept in the lower level, which was very damp and musty.

the best house in Cannes

everything was perfect,the house is beautiful,the decoration is marvelous,the pictures are literally true,we stayed at a 3 bedroom apartment,dublex..we had a car,the location is great,5 minutes to Croisette by car,and you can walk to the seaside in 5 minutes and swim:) Also,Richard was so helpful and welcoming..

Modern, cute Villa tucked away in the heart of Cannes must stay!

The property was lovely and modern, very clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay! The staff went above and beyond for my friends birthday, treating us with two bottles of champagne, balloons and breakfast. It was so sweet and thoughtful. Location is about a 20 mins walk to the main strip and shops which we happily did every day. Pool looked nice and clean although we did not use i it. Very reasonably priced for a 2 bedroom villa

Outstanding location, fantastic and a very clean villa. It is elegantly furnished. The facilities are great with a heated pool, tennis courts and ping pong table. The carpark is spacious and is gated. The hosts were extremely welcoming and offered us complimentary morning breakfast with lovely fresh fruits, juice, croissants, etc. The villa is equipped with complementary use of the bikes (electric or manual). 5 minutes walk to the beach which is just a breath of fresh air. 5* = Cannes!!!!

Everywhere insects. Villa was not cleaned from insects. It is too expensive. Only outside look of villa is astonishing but inside was awful. Rooms like in prison. Bathroom is not comfortable. Doors are not convenient. Design of villa is miserable. It is too far from beach and from city centre.

Elisabeth and Richard went above and beyond for our stay. They are without a doubt the best hosts we have ever dealt with, I can’t recommend them enough! The apartment itself was incredibly clean as were the garden/pool areas. They have thought of every little detail which made our stay feel like a home away from home. The preparation for arrival and communication with the property manager was wonderful and very responsive. The location is good with quick access to the promenade and local shops are in easy waking distance. You feel safe.

The property had an ant problem and got into our suitcase / purchases. We immediately reported to the onsite staff and she did her best to address it within 30 minutes. We also found it odd that the bathrooms had glass doors, so it lacked a sense of privacy.

Wow. What a place! 11 of us visited for a 30th Bday trip. We were blown away by the accommodation!!

Stunningly beatiful house and amazing host.

The apartment is located in a two-story building nested in beautifully crafted garden at the pointe of La Croisette. It is a spacious apartment with three suites and a beautiful view on the garden. The location is 7 minutes walk from the beach and 2 K from the city center. The apartment is richly furnished and fully equipped they thought of every single little detail. However, what made the difference is Richard, our host. His generosity and genuine kindness made our stay exceptional.
