Great location for a group of 9 women on a 40th birthday trip, clean and modern, great value for money.

Great location, walking distance to everything, very clean apartment and lovely decor. Remy was an excellent host and we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay in Cannes.

Sloped ceilings in the loft rooms were quite hard work and the apartment is very ‘open plan’ of you are sharing groups be prepared to share!

Not recommended for 2 person, too expensive

Great design - nicely and tasteful equipped - but not for tall people, it is a room divided by an introduced second floor to maximise bedrooms. Great photos but in reality feeling is different.

The balcony is not a balcony but a one meter by two meter hole in the roof, no view as promised! Forget about the sauna except you are not claustrophobic. Be aware that the Owner asks for a PayPal paid deposit of Euro 600 before check-in! No lift and they ask you to dispose of the rubbish. Overall: value for money was bad.

We had a little hiccup at the beginning but Remy the owner made it right for us and we had a comfortable stay. The house was very nice and had everything you needed in the kitchen. The location was fantastic and very close to the beach.

Excellent loft unit which kids will enjoy staying in

Quiet neighbourhood but still very close to the waterfront and main walking areas. Apartment was very clean and well stocked kitchen.

Beautiful appartment in an excellent location in Cannes. The place is very spacious with three bathrooms. The upstairs rooms have low ceilings, so tall people need to be a little careful ;) The kitchen is excellently equipped and everything is very cosy, yet stylish. The flat looks exactly like the pictures. Remy is a very nice host and responded to any questions and queries we had super quickly and tried to help. Can highly recommend.

Great loft

The loft is beautiful, full of light and spacious. We were overall happy and will come back. It could be great to have some curtains for the rooms on the mezzanine.

We can not wait to stay in October, it will be a much needed stay, it looks amazing!

The host has been very helpful, due to the Covid 19 we were unable to attend MIPIM and therefore could not go to Cannes, but the host had agreed to change the date till later in the year, which we are very grateful for. Very helpful and understand in these difficult times. Thank you

J’ai vraiment apprécié cet endroit calme et parfait pour les personnes qui veulent en famille ou en entre y’a tout ce qu’il faut très bien placer et facile à l’accès je le recommande très très fortement je reviendrai souvent à ce lieu !!! A bientôt

Perfekt für unsere Gruppe. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Die Lage ist in jeglicher Hinwicht großartig! Die Unterkunft ist toll geschnitten und die Küche verfügt über alles was man benötigt. Perfekt für unsere Truppe von 9 Leuten. Es ist Platz für mehr. Wäre für uns persönlich dann aber zu beklemmend geworden, weil wir es gerne mögen, wenn jeder noch mal Raum für sich hat.

Für große Leute können die schrägen ein wenig einschränkend sein. Darauf sollte man sich einstellen.
