Very clean and comfortable bed. Everything which one might need for a stay. Walking distance to the sea front.

The room we were staying was north facing which can be nice in a very weather but not best to dry wet clothes.

we loved the little patio area and the parakeets that were in one of the large trees nearby. The laundry facilities were a great bonus.

This was my worst experience with Booking.com hoster.

The hoster do not provide reliable internet connection and I had to use my own 4G. The hoster ignored my request to help with power key (I resolved the issue myself but all my messages were ignored). Cleaning lady interfered my room with her own key 30 min before check-out (I was re-dressing at that moment). Some glasses had a red lipstick spots on them. On top of that the hoster charged me €25 extra for a washed plate left near the sink, calling it a severe breach of the “rules” (I should have put it to a cupboard).

WARNING ! The worst place i have ever seen. Stay away at all cost !!!

absolutely HORRIBLE place and owner is a racist and a THIEF ! I Will start with the most important thing that happened because i would like to help other people avoid what happened to me. after you book you will see the owner requests 300 euro deposit in case of damage and if you don't pay it he will threaten to not let you stay. if you care about your money don't pay this! payed it and thought, ok it's just for damage. he will never use this. man i was wrong.. when i left the house , left everything nice and clean and even put the dishes in the dishwasher. after i checked out got a massage from the owner: " i suggest you come immediately to clean your dishes otherwise you will pay for this" , was surprised by the tone and attitude, and replied i left the city but this is only few dirty dishes, he decided to keep my 300 euro as punishment claiming not cleaning the dishes is damage to the house and also made up other false claims. thank god i took photos before i left to disproof his lief. booking supported me and called him many times but he refused to give the money back. if you look at more comments here you will see he did this to other people too !! he plainly stole 300 euro of me for nothing ! not sure how this is allowed but i really hope i can help other people at least to avoid this terrible experience. also house is very small and the A.C barely function. there were no party thrown and i am peaceful kind guest. my sense is the owner just choses people sometimes he don't like based on color, race or just pure arrogance and punishes them (again , see the other comments of people he stole the deposit from) . attached is a photo of the place when i left. you could see everything is in order. don't let the owner lies make you think that this is just a case of bad guest. also attached a photo of the refund booking gave me. if anything this terrible owner says is true booking would never give me a refund.

I have stayed at better places in Cannes and nearer the Palais. The owner was difficult.

Property owner kept coming around and checking on us. The glass sink snapped when I slipped and fell on it, cutting my hand. My 300 euro was not returned as property owner said it was taken because the sink broke. A properly mounted sink of course should not crack in half. I was lucky I didn't cut my hand any deeper and end up in hospital.

Good spot, clean and very close to Cannes.

Good spot in Le Cannet, about 12 minutes walking to the center of Cannes. Relatively quiet area, especially if you have a room at the back (which I had). The front might be noisier, close to a light and crossroad. My room had a mezzanine bed, which is fine, but the ventilator should have been placed above the bed, so that you get some wind there as well (or have an extra ventilator placed there).

WIFI sucked and 5G is not available everywhere in that area...
