Location and the apartment it’s self
There was ants in the apartment, the toilet seat was broken.
There was no AC despite the advert and there was an electrical defect preventing the use of the oven.

Great apartment in super location, really convenient for town, beach and station. We travelled up and down the coast and this was the ideal base, but also great if you want to stay in Cannes. Modern apartment which worked for our family
