Good for a short trip to Cannes

Fantastic views, comfortable beds (they felt relatively new so they must have changed mattresses following the comment from previous reviewer), nice decor from room 7. Very well air conditioned and sound proofed.

Overall it felt like a 3 star hotel in a 5 star location. Many dishes/utensils all have caked on food or smears which required another washing/rinsing. No dishwashing sponge, no dishwasher tablets, no hand soap in one of our bathrooms and another toilet (!), no hair conditioner, no lotion, no kitchen towel/rolls. When asked for these, reception provided more small body soap bottles without a pump and said they didn’t have the other items. Perhaps if all of these were added it would make the stay more comfortable.

Enjoyed Cannes but won’t stay at the apartment again

The best thing was the location

The apartment was dirty, the toilet door was broken, the AC was leaking, the cooking smell of other apartments comes in side our apartment, the bedsheets were dirty.

Would visit again because of the location and the helpful and super friendly staff.

Fantastic view, very kind people working there. We had a problem with the bath room and a technician came the next day to repair it! They brought us fresh towels as well. Perfect location.

The oven was unusable because it was extremely dirty. The vacuum isn’t working and smells whenever you start it. Otherwise it was okay!

Very nice apartment well located.

The location was excellent with the corner unit with beautiful views of the ocean. Great place to watch the fireworks on Bastille Day. I would rent the apartment again.

The shower leaked if you weren't careful. It would be nice to have one more reading light in the living room. If you go on the balcony and close the sliding glass doors your are locked out of the apartment! That could be dangerous and should be fixed.

Our studio felt newly refurbished and was very clean , great location and service from the Agence .

There was only one comfortable sitting chair , take the terrace dining set out and put two comfortable beds or chairs on the terrace

Very very disappointing. To travel so far so as to be in a building site.

The apartment was excellent however it was in the middle of a building site with core drilling commencing at 8:30am and finishing at 5pm each week day. The response from the letting agent was very poor and unsupportive. We had to vacate the apartment each working day due to the horrendous noise. We had hoped to work remotely during our stay but this was not possible due to the excessive noise level which was a health and safety concern to both myself and my wife

Location. Is exactly on croisette avenue near to everything.

Apartment is totally different than the photos. Everything was very old inside the apartment. Lighting was coming only from floor standing lamps in the bedroom. Instead of a double bed were 2 single beds joined (kids size!), and mattress was literally 15cm width!!. Pillows and duvets... I haven't slept in anything worse....Furnitures were of extremely poor quality, less than IKEA maybe... Tv sets might be more than a decade old... When i complained to person responsible about the difference from the photos i saw on booking he said "ah, we have like 50 apartments so each one is different!" Bit this is not the case i think. They do it in purpose! Customer should get exactly what he sees.... Also it was a non service apartment, but for 3 nights paid around 550€ each night, half a toilet paper and 4 capsules of coffee aren't too little?

dusty old apartment with good location

location is perfect, right next to the beach and by the marriott

super dirty and dusty.—picture is of the table on arrival. very poorly maintained place .pictures were of a sea view and a much nicer better apartment. furniture was cheap, old and need of replacement. extremely expensive for the level of this apartment.

The property had it’s glamour in the 70’s, but still has amazing views.

I forgot shirts and coats in the room at check out. I called in the same day, and Alexander from the reception told me he will call me back. Same thing happen also the following five days. The attitude was “it’s not our fault you forgot the clothes, we have rented the apt and we can not enter until the end of the lease”. After 5 days of calling, they told me there are no clothes in the apt and is not heir problem anymore, end of story.
