The gate opening button from inside is not intuitive and does not allwalys work, but it is not a big problem. In booking.com the given addres is addres of office, not appartament, but it is just few minutes away. My apartament was at 12 rue Pasteur.

good if you want to be close to the beach and not light sleeper

It’s really close to the beach. Sunny side and nice design

No hand soap and torn blanket! Also the air cleaner on the second floor was dirty. And there are lots of corners that we bumped into because it’s small apartment, especially second floor.

Vacation in the heart of Cannes

We stayed at the studio on Rue des Gabres and had a great experience. When we arrived, we let them know and within 5 minutes the host came to hand us the keys. Communication with the company was always smooth and they were quick to resolve any questions we had. The building itself doesn’t look very appealing at first (it’s a bit old and currently under renovation), but this is completely compensated by the comfort of the accommodation. The location is simply unbeatable: right in the heart of Cannes, less than a 10-minute walk from the beach as well as the train station, and with direct access to Rue d’Antibes. At the same time, the room window faces a quiet back alley, so there was no noise from main roads, restaurants, or terraces. The room was very comfortable, with a great bed and perfectly working air conditioning, essential during the hot and humid Côte d’Azur summers. The kitchen, although small, was very well equipped. I had read some negative comments about the bathroom in the past, but during our stay we didn’t encounter any issues: everything was clean, recently renovated, and in excellent condition. On top of that, they provided high-quality amenities throughout our stay.

As a small opportunity for improvement, we would suggest refreshing a few corners of the room. Some details, such as the wooden floor, baseboards, or wardrobes, give the impression that they’ve seen better days. It might also be helpful to have a little more space to hang clothes. That being said, none of these points affected the comfort or the overall positive experience of our stay.

A Health and Safety Violation – Irresponsible, Dangerous, and Unacceptable

The apartment at 7 Rue des Gabres, 06400 Cannes, was an absolute health hazard. Upon arrival, we were overwhelmed by a strong sewage smell throughout the place. The bathroom was covered in mould, the toilet was leaking, and there was unsanitary water on the floor. This wasn’t just uncomfortable — it was dangerous and breached basic health and safety standards. With my partner being pregnant, we had no choice but to leave within 30 minutes. We had to quickly find alternative accommodation, which was both stressful and frustrating. What made matters worse was the complete lack of response from the agency. Despite numerous emails, Paul and Alexandre have ignored my attempt to contact them. Having to visit their office personally then to be ignored again is ridiculous. This level of negligence is beyond unacceptable. This apartment was uninhabitable, and the agency's failure to address these serious issues or respond to urgent concerns is appalling. I am still waiting for a refund, but given their complete disregard for customer safety, I’m doubtful I’ll ever see one. Paul, Alexandre and the agency should be ashamed.

Great location! Comfortable stay! Easy!

Convenient appartment with a bed for 2 & a sofa for 2. Sofa is even better than bed ))) Small kitchen with all the necessary appliances & comfortable dining table, modern shower, good air conditioning, good WI-Fi, Samsung Series 7 TV with airplay support. What else? Drying rack for clothes, iron, hair dryer... washing machine... dishwasher... Nespresso coffee machine... And I left a beach umbrella here - so you'll have it too!

When we arrived, the shower was clogged. We couldn't shower until they fixed it the next day. We asked for extra towels because of the flooding. They never came. We asked for extra bedding to separate the beds. As well nothing provided. Apartment was good location and cute but customer service can be better

Appartement super bien placé au cœur du centre ville. J'ai mis du temps a maitriser le chauffage/clim mais une fois maitrisé, c'était super.

Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de machine a café filtre. c'est le seul truc qui me manquait.
