I loved the location. It's very close to the La Croisette, and the building is nice. The apartment was fine, the balcony was nice.
It was quite bright at night in the room as there was no room to the kitchen and there were no shutters there.

Great apartament, well equiped, small terrace (or big balcony) with great view, no problems with keys, no contacting issues. For sure will come back
The gate opening button from inside is not intuitive and does not allwalys work, but it is not a big problem.
In booking.com the given addres is addres of office, not appartament, but it is just few minutes away. My apartament was at 12 rue Pasteur.

It’s really close to the beach. Sunny side and nice design
No hand soap and torn blanket! Also the air cleaner on the second floor was dirty. And there are lots of corners that we bumped into because it’s small apartment, especially second floor.

Appartement was clean.

Very central in Croizette
Quick access to the public and private beachs as well as restaurants.
Good light comes in on the morning.
Big modern TV.
We waited 20 mins for someone to come let us in.
We then waited 30 to 40 more mins outside after a 6 hrs travel for cleaning to be over.
Drainage Stench from the bath tub.
3rd floor with no elevator was not mentionned on the appartement description.
Mold under the toilet sink.
The pillows were covered in clean covers but underneath, they were dirty yellow ..
