The location is truly exceptional. There are several wonderful places nearby to enjoy delicious food, all within a 5–10 minute walk, such as Philippe Tayac for breakfast and Boá for dinner. The promenade is also just a 2-minute walk away and offers a selection of luxury restaurants as well as beautiful artificial white-sand beaches. Although there is an entrance fee for the beaches, the experience is definitely worthwhile.

The apartment has excellent features, both because of its location and its layout. It is tastefully furnished; however, everything feels rather worn and heavily used. We also did not experience the true sense of cleanliness and comfort we had expected. Other than that, everything went smoothly, including both the key handover and return process. Unfortunately, the garage was unusable because the lift that transports the cars to the lower level had broken down. Even after it had been repaired, we were informed that although we were allowed to use it, if the lift got stuck again, it would not be a pleasant situation for anyone. Therefore, we preferred to use the parking area in front of the building instead. As we were out most of the time anyway, the parking fee for those 2–3 hours a day was not too bad, but it was obviously an additional expense.
