Quaint, clean and safe.

The location is great and having the courtyard to eat in is fabulous.

We had a week of sleeping on the sofa bed. Sofa beds are never comfortable and probably best for children not adults.

nice location next to beach and not far from center

I was very surprised when they asked me to pay for towels and bed sheets, but after they say ok you can don’t pay , conditioner don’t work really its very hot also kitchen stove so old that to boil water take hour. don’t expect there small things which usually have in apartment like shower gel or cleaning for dishes or at least salt . there really nothing. so if you want stay few days in good location it’s ok but for long wouldn’t recommend

Superb

The landlord was very welcoming and helpful. The neighbourhood is very quiet with a tennis court in front of the property. Very much enjoyed my stay and will come back if the opportunity arises.

The lady who delivers the house is very kind and friendly. The location is very good!

The bathroom is minimal and without ventilation. The kitchen is very basic and very little amount of dishes (ex: 4 glasses for 4 people). Old fans .... In summary, with very little investment could improve a lot.

Très bien placé et jardinet est adorable! Mais attention à la chaleur et au manque d'équipement.

L'emplacement du logement et le jardinet sont vraiment les points forts de ce logement. L'accès à la plage en quelques minutes et la facilité d'accès aux différentes commodités (courses, train, bus, etc) sont très appréciables et confortables. Le fait que les animaux soient acceptés est un grand plus également.

En premier lieu, le logement n'est pas climatisé et il fait extrêmement chaud à l'intérieur malgré les ventilateurs. Il ne s'agit pas là d'un ressenti personnel mais d'un constat (plus de 30 degrés à l'étage en pleine nuit et guère moins dans le séjour). Le manque d'équipement est également assez frustrant, il n'est pas clair que rien n'est fourni avec la location sur booking même si toutes les cases sont cochées. Pas de linge de maison, ce qui signifie qu'aucun linge n'est fourni, pas même un tapis de bain..... Bien entendu la salle de bain est carrelée donc très difficile de comprendre un tel choix de la part des hôtes. Dans la poursuite d'équipements drastiques, rien n'est prévu dans le logement à l'arrivée, pas même du sel, poivre, huile ou café. Cela fait très longtemps pour nous que nous étions arrivés avec un accueil aussi rudimentaire (je parle bien des équipements et non de l'accueil fourni).

Vacanza ok

Posizione ottima a pochi minuti dalla passeggiata croisettte, dal mare e da un market/alimentari. Lavastoviglie molto utile. Grande terrazzo con tavolo sedie e poltroncine per rilassarsi. Ottimo aria condizionata in entrambi le stanze.

Fornello elettrico molto lento per far bollire l'acqua per la cottura della pasta. C'è stato un problema con lo scaldabagno, per due giorni non abbiamo avuto acqua calda, poi per fortuna siamo riusciti a farlo presente alla signora e in poche ore lo ha fatto sistemare
