Great location and apartment. Very helpful team.
Just the stairs and entrance of the building need some refreshment but apartment is OK (maybe just the sofa need replacement )

Fantastic location, very clean, recently renovated, spacious. You also don't need a gym fotlr the stay - there about 70 steps to get to the apartment (some apartments are on the Lowe floor).
Only a few things, relevant when you have a small child - the electric board door cannot close and both the circuit breakers (inside) and the main switch for all lights aare at waist level. The switch is right under the normal lights and you can imagine the fun a toddler has with such an easy reachable toy. Other than that, the place is simply lovely.

The property was spacious and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and Cannes train station!
The only downfall was the noise of cars/people partying from midnight until early hours of the morning but this was expected as it is in the main area of Cannes.

The location is perfect , you can access everywhere on foot
The info was inaccurate, they took extra deposit and when i refused to pay extra deposit they threatened to cancel the reservation / not letting me in. If I was alone I would have taken the risk. The 3rd floor is the 3rd floor of an old building it is equal to a 6th floor in a normal building aprox.70 stair . Water pressure is awfully low
