THE APARTMENT
- A living room with sofa, armchairs and dining table for 6 people.
- A large separate kitchen, or should we say very large, perfectly well equipped with everything you’ll need, including an American-style double refrigerator.
- A large bedroom with double bed, closet/dressing and connected private shower room with toilets, with beautiful tile work.
- Two other bedrooms with double bed and storage, one of which with a TV, both sharing a second shower room with toilets.
If you like wood flooring and ceiling moldings, all in a modern and sober style, if you want to spend your stay without driving in the summer traffic, if you want to experience all the activities in the heart of Cannes without trading off for your comfort, then this apartment was made for you.
GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
Access to the property is within 4 minutes on foot from the Cannes train station.
It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Once you step out of your building, located on Rue Bivouac Napoléon, within less than a few minutes you will be able to:
- Take a leisurely stroll along the Croisette seafront and go for a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-control boats.
- Do some shopping in the upscale boutiques along the trendy Rue d’Antibes.
- Reach the steps of the iconic Palais des Festivals.
- Take a train ride along the coastal Riviera and discover the spectacular landscape.
- Explore the medieval district of Le Suquet.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
There are bus stops at the foot of the apartment building.
The train station is 4 minutes away on foot.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Free parking is available in the same street as the apartment and there is a public parking not even 1 minute away on foot.
Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…)
Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…)
Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.
Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
We inform you that in order to finalize any reservation, external secure links are transmitted to you as part of our internal organization.

My wife, myself and two adult granddaughters spent one fabulous week in Cannes. Cannes is such a great place to visit, and what put the icing on the cake was this apartment. It is exactly as the pictures depict, and it is spectacular. Every room is decorated to an upscale level - elegant. From wooden flooring, to marble bathrooms and to a wonderful kitchen and living area. Everything is upgraded. Open the windows and you here the sounds of Cannes. Close the windows and you have silence. There was more than plenty of space for four adults. And to top it off, it is located in the perfect location - a couple of blocks from the beach, surrounded by stores and restaurants; a short walk to the Promenade de la Croisette, as well as the unbelievable Forville Market and the most famous pedestrian street in Old Cannes, Rue Meynadier. Don't pass this up!
