First of all, the location is great, close to the station, to ‘Palais de Festival’, to ‘La Croisette’ and to the other interesting streets & places.The studios are very nice, comfortable and practical.The person in charge is a very kind & reliable person.

Localization-amazing! Clean, comfortable, with everything that is needed in the kitchen. Small bathroom but definitely enough for few days. If I’m back to Cannes, I’m staying here.

Cannes Visit May 2023

We love visiting Cannes. Shopping, restaurants. Lots of variety. Will definately be back. We would use Foch apartments again but would hope the cost would be less if not during the Film Festival.

Although the apartment was all we needed it was clean and fully contained. We did not see anyone to get clean towels or bed linen. The entrance to the flats could do with a clean up and the rubbish in the cupboard inside the door was not collected the whole week we were there we were taking ours out to dispose of it. Also, it's unfortunate that the street itself is used by homeless to sleep in doorways they and make rather a noise till early hours.

Extraordinary

The property is on the perfect location. Everything is near:the main station is less then a hundred meters and the coast is very near. The apartment is furnished with all necessary devices, clean and with pleasant smell. The owner is very kind and helpful, and always ready to answer to any requests.

The positioning of the air-conditioning in room 3 isn’t optimised. The cooling was non uniform although the AC works perfect. Toilet and bath could have a handwash and some basic shower gels etc.

It could be possible,that last guests had bo salt and oil for cooking,or that the owner throght it away,it was the first time in my life ehen i didnt find salt and oil in the apartment with cooking opportunity… also,somehow,there were no cups,only glasses😅😅 nice idea could be beach towels and the sunumbrella,like 5€ for renting.but just an idea. the toilet bowl wad funny.to flash to close the lid.and flash better 2 times😅 and you will hear every neighbor of yours,just saying

Ottimo appartamento a due passi dalla Croisette

Appartamento situato in una traversa della Rue d'Antibes a qualche minuto dalla stazione di Cannes e a meno di 10 minuti dalla Croisette, lungomare della città (nonché dalla spiaggia libera principale e cittadina a fianco del palais des festivals). In questa traversa, si trova anche un supermercato "Monoprix" e qualche boulangerie a buon prezzo. L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano di un edificio senza ascensore; ha tutto ciò che di cui si ha bisogno per un soggiorno relativamente breve (nel nostro caso, 4 notti e 5 giorni): cucinino, utensili da cucina, frigorifero, letto comodissimo. E' molto luminoso. Nel complesso il nostro soggiorno è stato molto positivo e se sarà possibile ci torneremo.

Per opinione personale non abbiamo apprezzato la doccia che ha la tenda anziché un divisore più rigido. Ciò fa sì che una volta che una persona fa la doccia, il bagno si allaghi facilmente.
