Very clean and great location. Flexible with exit time.

The location is great, the lift is new and unusually big compared to similar old buildings, the size of the studio I stayed at was also very comfy and with many amenities. The bed is a fixed type and comfy (not a bed/couch) and there is also a couch that also converts to a bed. Supermaket is 50 meters away, F&B etablishemnts are all around the location and the train station is 100 meters away, so train and express bus to NCE airport is just next door. All these make this studio address, great! I would certainly book again if the price remains right.

Everything was great - just a couple of small things as mere recommendations for further improvement: I would appreciate few more cloths hangers in the closet and a few more hooks on the walls and bathroom to hang cloths instead of having them on the dining chairs or couch - keeps things more tidy, especially when more than just one person is in the studio (I was solo). Also, it would be great if there was a coffee machine..like a Nespresso or something. There is a kettle for boiling water but I like my espressos. The corridor security door is often left open by other tenants so perhaps a spring to close it might be a good thing to install, otherwise, the extra layer of security is of no use.

Not cosy at all, just the bare essentials. Very cold unit.
