We came for our first Cannes Film Festival. Arriving at Claire’s beautiful villa after our very long flight was simply wow! The sun was shining the next morning and it was straight into the pool. 15-18 mins walk to the Palais with all we needed such as groceries and fresh pastries mins away we enjoyed our relaxing home away from home! Thank you Claire for hosting us! We’ll be back.

The villa was a great location for our stay for the Cannes Film Festival. Everything we needed was in walking distance and la croisette was 20+ minutes by foot. The house itself was clean, comfortable and charming. The beautiful garden and outdoor terrace were a highlight…perfect for morning breakfast and evening apero. Claire was an excellent hostess as she was responsive and helpful to our inquiries. We would highly recommend!

Overall the stay was pleasant, the villa is located in a gated community and there is plenty of room both inside and out. The downfalls of the trip, which you can only know on arrival are there is no air conditioning on the property at all. The bedroom doors dont close and the locking mechanisms on them are in need of repair. Finally, be prepared for additional charges should anything through wear and tear break on the trip. Our final evening the entrance gates key was jammed (the entire trip the key locking mechanism was stiff) and we made the owner aware only to see a notification on my phone of €200 for a fine. I made it clear to the owner this is no fault of our own and it was general wear and tear. She made it clear it doesn't matter whether it is or isn't. So if anything is to need repairing on your trip be prepared to be held responsible as the owner wont deal with wear and tear themselves.

This was a great place for us. My two sons came with their spouses and children, 8 in total. The place is large and has a lovely garden and a POOL... Everybody enjoyed the pool. It is also quite close to the Croisette and shopping. Super quiet place also. Our famlly reunion was a great success thanks in part to this lovely place.

The house is a great spot to spend some family holidays, as it's well equipped and quietly and safely located in a gated private road. Lots of space, big clean pool (~5 x 10 meters), modern kitchen and bathroom. Choose between the busy roads of Cannes and this island of quietness in the summer months during your stay. Your car is safely parked. Recommendation: bring your bikes... makes you navigate even faster through the city. But beware of the mosquitoes, thy are hungry!

We stayed with my family for a week in June, we had a great time. The house is very pleasant to stay with everything. The location is perfect; walking distance for the beach and center in a quiet area. The bedrooms are really nice with high ceiling and a lot space. Thanks again!

Claire’s villa served my group of 6 perfectly during our stay. We took part in the Festival de Cannes and found this property to be well-within a reasonable distance from the festival and supermarket to be able to walk back and forth with no complaints. The villa is in a quiet, gated community, with lovely natural landscaping. My favorite part of the villa was it’s fully-stocked kitchen. We had all of the cooking supplies needed to whip up a wonderful dinner to enjoy out on the patio. Claire was extremely communicative and quick to respond throughout our process of booking as well as during our stay, even offering suggestions for some places we might enjoy nearby. While we never met Claire, she arranged for her uncle to manage check-in and check-out procedures with us, which were seamless. My initial concern with the property before booking was being limited to a single bathtub for a group of 6, but we actually managed just fine. Additionally, there was no shortage of towels or linens at any point of our 7-day stay. We quite enjoyed the character of the home, with its lively colors, brimming bookshelves, and unique artwork. A property well-worth your stay! Thank you, Claire!

It´s a perfect Place for a big family. We were 6 adults & 2 small Children. A small problem was that were only 1 bathroom/shower. It was easy to walk to beach & shops. The owner was very helpful with Everything.
