That they delivered what they promised and that it was quiet at night to sleep as the appartment doesn’t have a view in the street

The walls are a bit thin so you can hear the neighbours but fortunately they were quiet very early in the evening

Before the property, I want to thank the team behind it made the experience exceptional, clear instructions, super helpful, and went beyond to make it an amazing experience. Thanks to Bel and Margaux for the greeting and special thanks to the owner for accommodating my requests. Then comes the place super clean and tidy, then comes the location prime location! Nice in the heart of Cannes

Perfect location right in front of the sea in the heart of the iconic Croisette avenue. My window didn't look at the seaside, but yet it was ok

The room was clean but outside the rest of the building looked dirty and the carpet of the landing corridor was a bit stinky. Old doors and scaringly noisy elevator

A perfect stay

From the moment I was greeted in reception, to the moment I left, the communication was faultless. The apartment was clean, comfortable and really well equipped. The location across from the beach and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants was perfect. I would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to return one day under better circumstances.

Unexpected

Excellent location in town in a beautiful building, the Management team and housekeeper/hostess were awesome. Love the amenities like the full size washer dryer combo unit as well as the well-equipped kitchen. The room was exactly as picture showed it although it actually is bigger than I was expecting which was a nice surprise. Plenty of closet space with lots of hangers and wonderful towels in the bathroom. Everything I needed from the dishwashing tabs to the washing pods were there, along with the vacuum anything else that sometimes you need to have handy.

This is not a hotel but rather, more like private residences within what used to be a hotel. There is a door person who is not very engaging and I did not see any type of Jim or front desk ask questions or get help or recommendations to nearby attractions or events. It's great if you are familiar with the area and you're not looking for full, hotel service concierge amenities. I was a little disappointed at the floor: I prefer higher floors and apparently you can book it through the website and let them know which floor you want but I did not see that as an option when I booked it. Next time I'll look more carefully!

Location was good. Building well maintained. Apartment very clean, actually spotless. Quite spacious for Cannes Hostess was very pleasant and helpful.

Balcony was very small but it wasn't an issue for us as we were out so much. Obviously as it's an old building, this can't be changed / improved.

style of the room is very good.

it was very bad smell in the bathroom. it is necessary to resolve the issue with the siphon and clean the pipes inside with a special tool . no insulation so noisy and you can hear every word of neighbors.

check in and out was too intense due to the fact that they do not have persons on-site. this leads to stress to meet committed deadline checking in and out times which does not provide flexibility when travelling
