Located in a calm and residential area, lovely city house of 150m2 of living space with private garden of 150m2 (barbecue, garden salon, tables) and terrace, modern style decoration, facing south, air-conditioning, unoverlooked, totally renovated with top finishings in 2018, comprising: independent fitted kitchen (oven, fridge, dish washer, washing machine, ...) opened onto a terrace leading to the garden, living room and lounge with flat LED LG screen, master bedroom with dressing, wooden floor, jacuzzi tube, Italian style shower, double washbasin. Guest toilets. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with wooden floor, bathroom made with marble, tube, shower, double washbasin, toilet. The house is ideally located, close from amenities. Perfect to relax after a business meeting or enjoy holidays with family or friends. Internet wifi. No access to PRM.

The house was perfect... Large, with 4 good sized bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The bathroom on the 2nd floor had both a shower and bathtub. The master bedroom on the ground floor had a big shower and a jacuzzi style bathtub. The house was situated in a private, quiet setting, less than a 10 minute walk to central Cannes. It came fully equipped with everything that we needed. The host was super helpful and responded to us very quickly, even over Christmas holidays. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area, and would stay here again if I ever return.

Great location for Mipcom as it’s close enough to the Palais but gives you some distance. It is uphill from town, so be prepared to work off your food and drinks.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the house. It had all of the accommodations we needed and felt like home. A/C in each room and they all worked well! Nice backyard which allowed us to enjoy a family BBQ one night. Sophie was very responsive when we couldn’t figure out the washing machine. It’s in a great area…only a ten minute walk to the city’s center. It fit my family very well! Than you Sophie for being a great host!

The property itself was clean. Furnishings a bit limited. One towel for each person, no hand towels or washcloths. 2 kitchen towels only. There is no parking in the area, if you’re driving I would avoid this location. Overall I would rate this as very average place that worked well for us. But on checkout day we mistakenly thought checkout time was 11am. It was 10am and had been communicated to us….we just forgot. At 10 am 4 of our group had departed but 3 of us remained. The owner entered the house yelling for us to get out! We quickly gathered off stuff and were out in 15 minutes. Had to repack later. 10 minutes into us scrambling to get out and apologizing for our miscue she slammed on the door screaming Get Out! It was the worst and most bizarre experience I’ve ever encountered with dozens of VRBO visits.

We loved the property, perfect location. The house has got everything you need, very cosy and spotless. Beds were so comfortable and host is very responsive to messages. Parking was a bit difficult but overall we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in Sophie's place just after New year for 3 nights. The house is very well equipped.Four spacious,stylish bedrooms was more than enough for our two families. Big bonus it's Central location, just 7-8 minutes walk to Marina. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quiet , central location in Cannes.

This is a really great place with a perfect location. Very roomy, comfortable, with everything that you need. Sophie was super nice a has made sure that it will feel like a vacation! The yard outside is perfect for dining and relaxing. Walking to distance to the heart of Cannes. I would highly recommend it and plan to return!

Let me start by saying that Sophie is the nicest and most gracious host EVER! From the beginning, she was great with responses and making sure that we had everything we needed. We stayed at Sophie's home for a business trip. Having such a beautiful home, made us not be home sick. We will definitely stay there again if we are in Cannes for business or pleasure. Cette maison située sur les hauteurs du centre ville de Cannes est vraiment agréable et conviviale ! L'aménagement et la décoration sont faites avec beaucoup de goût et on s'y sent tout de suite chez soi ! La chambre du bas, en plus d'avoir une très grand douche italienne, possède un jacuzzi très agréable en fin de journée... Sophie est une hôte très arrangeante et nous la remercions vivement car grâce à sa maison, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. A bientôt !

Propriété bien située près du centre ville et de la gare permettant les déplacements à pieds et si besoin de prendre le TER, bus, pour les visites des villes voisines. Pas besoin d'utiliser son propre véhicule. Sophie est très organisée, il ne manque rien dans la villa pour satisfaire sa clientèle.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Vielen Dank an die Besitzerin Sophie. Das Ferienhaus liegt Zentral, nicht weit vom Strand und der Stadt entfernt. Man kann gut mit dem Zug nach Monaco, Grasse und Nizza fahren und das für wenig Geld. Es war alles ausreichend im Haus vorhanden. Die Eigenverpflegung ist unproblematisch durch Supermärkte und einen Frischmarkt, der täglich geöffnet hat. Wir sind mit dem Flieger angekommen und hatten einen Transfer zur Unterkunft gebucht, was von Vorteil war. Parkplätze gibt es fast nie. Wir würden gern nochmal wiederkommen, da alles perfekt war.

This is a beautiful appartment, with a great distance to city centre, beach, restaurants and markets. The appartment i clean, good quality, with nice rooms, big space, good air condition, full equiped kitchen, an amasing outdoors with barbeacue, and everything you need for cosy evenings. The landlord was very helpfull, and helped us with everything we needed. We can recommend this place too the fullest, and we will definetly live here the next time we are going to Cannes. We stayed 8 girls in the house for one week in July, and it was absolutely great. The house is located in a quiet area, walking distance from the beach in center of Cannes. The outdoor facilities was amazing with a sun filled terrace and lots of space. The owner is very nice and trustworthy. I would go back anytime, and I can strongly recommend this house!

Rooms were spacious, bright, modern and very very clean. I would like to express my sincerest appreciation for the wonderful stay I had in the apartment. The apartment is very cozy and complete with the basic necessities of a home. The utilities are all in good condition and I never encountered any problem with the water, electricity, and heating utilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. It is in a perfect location on the hill, just a 5min walk from La Croisette - far enough away from the chaos, but not too far away! The house itself has been recently renovated and is really nice. I stayed with 3 other singles and we were extremely comfortable - however, it could easily accommodate 6 singles or 2 couples & 4 singles. The house had everything you need - the kitchen was well stocked. The owners (Sophie & Thierry) are really lovely people - they made sure our stay was perfect. We came in January for work, and are already looking forward to coming back next year. I would also like to come for a holiday in Summer. I would not stay anywhere else in Cannes.

nous avons passe un excellent sejour a cannes dans cette merveilleuse maison juste en haut de la cote, a qqs minutes de la croisette. les proprietaires sophie et thierry, une jeune famille sympa tres attentionnee a nos besoins, questions et commentaires, ont tout fait pour rendre notre sejour agreable, confortable et surtout "worry-free"! la maison est mignonne, les chambres super confo, avec un cachet classique mediterraneen, mais moderne avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de belles vacances, des bons lits douillets, bonnes douches (meme un spa), et dans notre cas l'essentiel: un wifi internet pour toute la maison bien reglo, rapide et facile a operer pour plusieurs utilisateurs! le charme de l'endroit, mais surtout de ses proprietaires en ont fait une de mes meilleures experiences de locations tous pays confondus! pour familles ou business travellers, je pense que c'est un "sure shot"
