Good choice but the large card deposit required seemed unnecessary.

Nicely arranged and well provided apartment. Overall a Good choice. Florella staff were friendly and efficient too. Excellent for the station, centrally located.

After booking the surprise e-mail about the pricey credit card deposit required. Look closely at the terms and conditions and you’ll see it.

Excellent Apartment in central location

The apartment is extremely well located, at walking distance of everything in Cannes. It is spotless and the check-in and check-out procedures are smooth with good communication.

The area is noisy due to the train and bus station. The windows do not shut close well enough to provide a good sound insulation.

Great location and price for a comfortable stay

The location could not have been better, right across from the train station. There was also an elevator which is not always the case in Europe so that was nice. I had the 5th floor and had to take the last two flights up as the elevator only goes up to the 4th floor. I had some trouble with the toilet and it was quickly taken care of after I notified them about it. I wanted to explore more of Cannes on my day of check out and they easily were able to watch my luggage for several hours. It was about a 8-10 minute walk to get there. Once I collected my luggage, it was easy to take it to the train station because it was across the street.

I had the top apartment which was nice bc I love a skylight. The ceiling is tricky bc in some areas are lower than others and I hit my head a few times. The check in process was not easy. The instructions are incorrect and should be clarified. Thankfully I figured it out but it took some time.

Perfect location near the gare!

The apartment was very clean, the sofa was prepared for 2 additional guests. It was also enough towels. Just for coffee it was capsules for one day but anyway we preferred coffee from outside.

All was good. the bathroom and toilet is not spacious but it didn`t bother at all. hard with parking in this area but the manager sent me some file with info

the office is a bit far away from the room, suggest you should set a place to let people put their luggages in advance so they don’t have to drag the heavy luggage to the check in office

Comfy stay!

The coziness, cleanliness, and location were excellent! The bed was huge and comfortable. The additional facilities were handy! We were happy with this stay!

Good value for money, could do with some more care

Close to tra train station and reasonably priced

My room was on the top floor and the ceiling was quite low, so not as comfortable as it seems in the pictures here on booking. The furniture worked with the small space but the dining table was of a standard size, although the only chairs in the flat were stools that were too high for the table, so pretty uncomfortable to eat or work there. Was surprised I had to throw my own rubbish, otherwise you need to pay 50 euro. One of the kitchen's cupboards was broken, with shelves falling, which I informed the staff about. Not sure if previous guest had broken and not informed the staff, but it was not the best. Shame there was no full mirror in the flat, only 1 mirror above bathroom sink.

The bathroom only has a half wall separating it from the living area. The shower cabin was very small and difficult to use.

Cannes is a lovely place to visit so I would suggest staying in a more organised property to fully enjoy the experience.

unfortunately we had a terrible experience at this property. We were met by a young lady who has no respect for her paying clients . AC doesn’t work, lift doesn’t take you up to the rooms so we had to carry a stroller and five luggage which was very uncomfortable. Wifi doesn’t work for more than one guest. Location is not bad however it is extremely loud and we were forced to sleep with doors open. wooden Shutters are all broken so we couldn’t even close them to reduce light from coming into the rooms. we booked it with a cot and when we came to the property they forgot about it. I would like to thank the lovely cleaner who helped us with the cot and she should definitely be praised for her great service unlike the property manager who should learn a thing or two on how to deal with customers.

Property has everything you need. Location is great, right in front of the Rail station. Supermarket and Pharmacy are really close. The beach is 5 mins walk, everything was just perfect. I recommend and I will definitely come back :)

Lovely apartment in a great location with all amenities :)

Was a great apartment with just enough space. All well maintained and had everything we needed. The balcony was a nice bonus and although on the same road as the station, there was no noise from outside. Thank god it had aircon, we were definitely grateful for that! Well located.

Short stay at the hearth of Cannes

The location is just excellent: right next to the train station, so if you are planning to see more than just Cannes, e.g., have a trip to Nizza like we had it is a superb choice. It is also very close to the nice public beaches and the central pedestrian zone with huge amount of shops and restaurants. The rooms are large enough to be comfortable for a family with 2 kids and well designed - not just nice, but also usable. The host team is very responsive and helpful - like Neo in the matrix we didn't have spoons :-), but after a chat message the "problem" was solved in less than an hour.

There were basically no storage space for our clothes. Because we were here for a shorter stay (3 nights) it was less of an issue, but for longer stays it could be disturbing. The house itself seems to be quite old - likely with a wooden structure, so if you have noisy neighbors, that's bad luck, since sound isolation is not very good. Also you can forget sleeping with open windows here, but that is a price one easily pays for such a central location.
