The location opposite train station and local shops and bars etc. was a good size apartment plenty of room in living area and kitchen. Nice to have a separate toilet also.
The entrance was a bit dull to the main building and very tight on the pavement as people passing by. Very close to tables and chairs from bar underneath when trying to pass with suitcases. Could be a bit brighter lit of an evening as you do get some strange people hanging around the station opposite.

We like the cleanliness and its facilities.
Maybe the next time we go back, we would not want to stay in the attic. It was less comfortable to stay in the attic which is we did not notice. There must be place for the garbage disposal.

The room was a decent size with its own kitchenette and good bathroom. The air conditioning was amazing and loved that it had a washing machine! The location is so ideal. Right opposite the train station and super close to all the shops, a great base to explore Cannes.

Spacious apartment with a great location across the street from the Train Station. A bit of an unusual set up, separate toilet and bathroom and, bathroom behind a sliding door in the bedroom but that was fine with us.
Upon entering the property there is a damp, fusty smell but this does not transfer into the room. The WiFi is terrible, persistently cuts out. The booking process is impersonal but we were fine with that.
