Location was perfect and the apartment is very well laid out as advertised. Situated right in the heart of Cannes with instant access to everything but remains quiet and private at all times. The terrace is comfortable and private, a great spot for breakfast. The host was very helpful and polite :)
There was pet hair on the couch and floor throughout the apartment so it may help having a deeper clean at some point. Not a major inconvenience.

Perfect communication with the owner, perfect location, few steps from carrefour, shops, restaurants, shopping. And beach ofc:) nice terrace. Very convenient that you can checkin yourself.
Take a note the stairs (no elevator) :) and could be a bit cleaner, but was ok:)

Great location, quiet street, close to the beach, supermarket, port, old town, train station, ideal for those who want to explore the surroundings.
The apartment is not very well maintained, cracks in the walls, leaking window frames, many mosquitoes, repellent and spray are a must. It is on the fourth floor in a building without an elevator, up a narrow steep staircase, which may be a problem for someone.
