Convenient location in Cannes, great restaurants and public transport options one minute away.

Handy location very near Hotel de Ville, bus station and seafront.

Mistakenly booked a studio not an apartment, the owner has several options for properties in Cannes. We chose the wrong one, however the host has been very impressive with responding and would consider a different property with them next time.

Definitely a good choice for short term or business travel with a reasonable budget.

The location is amazing. Very close to markets, restaurants, shops, everything. The hostess is super nice, tried to accommodate me in the best possible way.

Needs a little refurbishment. The stairs to the apartment and in the apartment to the bedroom are super tight.

Fantastic location in Old Town

Fantastic location in the heart of Old Town. Good amount of space and nice kitchen. Good water pressure.

My only issue was the toilet didn't flush well. There was only one wall plug in the bedroom, but more around the apartment which was fine for an old building.

Wonderful stay with wonderful host

My stay in this charming apartment in the heart of Cannes’ old town was simply perfect. The place was spotlessly clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. But what made it truly special was Julia — such a warm, kind, and thoughtful host. She welcomed me with so much care and made me feel completely at home. You can feel her heart in every little detail. I would return anytime — thank you so much, Julia, for your wonderful hospitality!

A perfect stay in a central location with an exceptional host

Julia was an amazing host, incredibly kind and welcoming. She made us feel at home right away. The house is fantastic, equipped with every comfort you could need, and Julia’s availability and care made our stay even more special. She kindly allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was extremely convenient. The location is very central, just a few minutes from the sea, with a parking spot just a few steps away. We truly appreciated everything and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Fabulous quiet and spacious apartment in the centre of Cannes.

I liked absolutely everything about the property! The host is very friendly and responded to all my messages and requests immediately. The apartment is in a pedestrianises location, very quiet at night, so I was able to sleep all night without listening to any outside noise. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had all necessities that we needed. The major bonus for me personally was the fact that there was a large sofa in the lounge and a double bed in the upstairs bedroom . Our apartment can easily accommodate up to 4 people! Brilliant solution if 2 people want to share the same apartment but sleep in different bedrooms! The location is perfect- central to absolutely everything in Cannes! I will definitely be going back there again!

Good studio hideaway for a night in Cannes

Great super-central location in the cobbled streets of Cannes. It’s a very old fashioned and quaint building. Everything was very clean.

The furniture and decor is a little basic. The very tight and steep staircase won’t be for everyone…

I was there for Festival De Cannes and property is in the middle of everything.

I liked everything. Tip, Need to take stairs to 3er floor if you have knees problem is not for you. Overall The Perfect Place To Be In Cannes

Highly recommended beyond my expectations

I am impressed with the superb location within walking distance from both of the central station and the beach, wonderful owner very kind and easy to communicate, clean facility, and reasonable price. The surrounding streets are also tasty and safe. Will stay here again when I can come back to Cannes.

Top locatie als je van gezelligheid hou en de plek waar je zit is zo rustig ook nog eens.

Je zit midden in de oude stad van cannes, de beste locatie ooit, alles in de buurt op loop afstand vooral de gezelligheid van restaurants café, supermark, en dan het uizicht als je even de berg op loop met een prachtige kerk, overzicht over de hele stad van Cannes, Apartment meer dan oke ik zeg dikke 10 voor mij, en ik kom heel snel terug over een paar weken, Dank je Julia echt een top mens.

posizione ottima. L’host molto molto gentile, mancava una pentola e dopo nemmeno 30 minuti ha fatto in modo che la avessimo, inoltre al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare un piccolo pensiero e una bottiglia di acqua fresca. Lei molto disponibile, ci scriveva spesso ed era sempre disponibile e reperibile. Nel complesso pulita anche se nel letto c’erano alcuni peli e capelli, però sono errori che capitano. Ottima struttura. Le scale strette e ripide ma fattibili.

Нам все очень понравилось. Расположение действительно очень хорошее. Рядом много разных кафе, магазины, набережная, хороший песчаный пляж и дворец фестивалей. За такую стоимость это действительно идеальный вариант. Есть все необходимое, чистота. Все для душа. Несмотря на то, что я брала все свое , я пользовалась тем что было в апартаментах. Потому что все хорошего качества 👍 Ну отдельно хочется сказать, что хозяйка Юлия - невероятно добрая и милая девушка. Нам повезло и мы лично познакомились. Чему очень рады ☺️ Всегда на связи.👍 Мы остались довольны. 😊 Спасибо большое 🥰

La posizione ottima veramente! Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Parcheggio(a pagamento ma a prezzo giornaliero accettabilissimo) vicinissimo alla struttura. Una Struttura a quel prezzo li, così vicino a tutto quello che vuoi vedere se è la prima volta che vieni a Cannes è l'ideale , niente lusso, ma tutta l'essenzialita che serve. Host gentilissima e facilmente contattabile se c'è n'è fosse bisogno

Рекомендую 100%. Расположение - это отдельная любовь, когда открываешь окно, а там туристы с гидом, и ты понимаешь, что проживаешь не просто в центре города, а в историческом месте. И это помимо близости набережной, пляжей, кафе, магазинов и прочего. Хозяйка - милейший человек, которая заселила нас чуть раньше положенного времени, встретила и дала рекомендации по паковкам, ресторанам, где лучше гулять и т.д. И это очень облегчило нам жизнь, да и сэкономило н-сумму евро ☺️. При этом Юлия оставалась всегда с нами на связи, спрашивала нужно ли нам еще что-то. Всё в апартаментах соответствовало описанию и фото. Было чисто и всё продумано до мелочей - посуда, декор, даже специальная форма для запекания в духовке. Вообщем, если мы снова будем в Каннах , остановимся только в этом прекрасном месте.
