Location

Missing air conditioner. We struggle to sleep in the night because of missing air conditioner. MUST be in that area.

Well stocked kitchen - sofa bed in lounge made for a private bedroom.

Ran out of hot water, clearly building works going on and not warned. Lift was tiny and couldn't fit the luggage and people in. More blankets for the cold nights. The door lock was a bit sticky and didn't look that secure.
