Our family holidays were completely ruined! I will not recommend this place to anyone. It is on the busy intersection of the main roads, next door to the railway station which makes it not safe at all. Beds are not comfortable. We had a party on the upper floor all night, manager didn’t answer to our complains. We were asked to pay 200 euros damage deposit and 138 euros for bedding change before we got the keys, didn’t know about it when booked. I regret we stayed in that place. Will not recommend. We were offered to move to another apartment which was not far away and to our surprise didn’t have hot water for two days! It was terrible!

We really enjoyed our stay and recommend Residence du Louvre - LRA Cannes for families.

The host contacted us before our arrival and we agreed time to meet at the property to get the key code. The host was very helpful and polite. The property is centrally located just few steps away from shops, train station, close to the beach and major tourist attractions. Very clean apartment, spacious, well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay.

The lift was out of order for few days but was fixed later.

great location and clean the check in process was easy i had a problem with one ac and asked them to fix it they cam right away the amount 2000 euro was held for security and released the same day we left in all it was great

nothing special at all, especially that they’re taking half ur deposit for no reason

to be honest a very standard place and if you search well enough you would find something better

i urge you if you are staying here do not by any chance leave a deposit there because even if u dont touch anything there they would definitely find something to blame you for and take at least half of the deposit even if u didnt do anything. even if it means that u search for somwhere else to stay instead of fighting with the staff to get a portion of ur deposit back

Great apt for family with kids.

Centrally located and walking distance to la croisette and other beaches like Plage du Midi. The private parking offered (extra) was literally next to the property which made things super convenient. Aurelie the owner was super helpful and accessible via whatsapp all times.

Other building property guests were not as mindful of the elevator, they kept leaving the doors open therefore the elevator was not always accessible. Not to blame on the owner but other guests behavior affected the functionality of the elevator.
