Superb stay in cannes.

The apartment was spacious, clean and catered for us as a family of 8. The view from the balcony was lovely to enjoy a drink and over look the busy street. The location of the apartment as a whole was fantastic. We were over the moon. It was a very last minute booking for us as the property we had booked was awful on arrival, so seeing this place when we arrived was truly amazing. Any queries we had regarding bins or any other communications required for our stay, LRA Cannes, answered promptly, politely and gave us full reassurance.

There was nothing we didnt like, however points for even more improvement would perhaps be hooks in the bathroom to hang towels as rad wasn't big enough for two big towels and hand towel etc. Maybe heated mirrors for the bathrooms as they steam up during showers. Perhaps one long full mirror so you could see full outfit on.

Bedrooms are small - you cannot open even a small troller entirely and Bathroom amenities come in those small bottles even though there is no daily cleaning service Shower does not have support for placing any toiletries. you need to put them on the floor (something that annoys me very bad)

Clean property, well furnished

The specific room was advertised as having a balcony/ terrace - this was one of the main reasons for booking. There was no balcony. Parking was advertised as Highlight of the property - check the full details before booking (I didn’t feel I needed to, as parking was referenced as a top 3 highlight) - the parking refereed to was in a public multi story 5 minutes walk from the property and €24 per day - any apartment in any city could have claimed this as a highlight.

A perfect stay from start to finish – comfortable, convenient, and hosted with genuine warmth.

We stayed at this apartment in Cannes, Nice for one night with friends, and it was absolutely perfect. The apartment is brand new, modern, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. It felt light, airy, and extremely spacious. Every element of comfort was thoughtfully provided – the beds, couches, and dining chairs were all very comfortable. The amenities were superb – everything we could possibly need was provided, including a selection of teas, bottled water in the fridge, a kettle, and more. Each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom, and there was even an additional toilet, which made it very convenient. The sitting area was especially spacious and pleasant, perfect for relaxing together. The location was fantastic – just a 5-minute walk to the promenade and beach, and surrounded by great shops and restaurants. The hosts, Daniel and his colleague, were outstanding – incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay easy and enjoyable, even allowing us a late check-out at 12 pm on our departure day. We were also able to freshen up and use the toilet at their office afterwards, and Daniel kindly helped us book a taxi to the airport. We would 100% stay with LRA again and would highly recommend them to others. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable!

Amazing apartment for a small group in Cannes

The location was excellent in Cannes city center and the apartment was brand new with a very functional layout and great design. Communication was also quick and easy the whole way through.

As the apartment was brand new, some appliances were not yet working properly and there were minor issues with some facilities. We expect these to be sorted out as time passes.

Absolutely a must have to stay

The location was superb. simple one of the best. Keys are electronically by a code, so no keys and very handy. The beds were super, nice white cotton and towels. Good working showers, toilets. perfect outlet of the kitchen, but you will never cook their because all the responds are one stone through away. So a hidden gem. Probably I will not able to stay here anymore because you all want to stay here. Kinds.

It was brand new so not everything was in place. But that is a really minor. and the licht was on one part purple, I could not find the remote control to change the color.

Idéalement situé et très bien équipé. Servis par une équipe à l'écoute.

La situation géographique idéale de l'appartement. Le service réactif de l'équipe de LR Cannes. La proximité de la mer et des bons restaurants. Le parking du palais du festival à 5 minutes a pieds. La possibilité de se parquer devant l'appartement pour décharger les bagages. Tout est parfaitement neuf dans cet appartement. Equipé au top à tout les niveaux. TV écran géant et toutes les chambres aussi équipées de TV.

Nous n'avons pas réussi à régler la température du chauffage. Mais nous ne sommes pas arrivé à l'heure pour que quelqu'un nous explique le fonctionnement technique de l'appartement. Donc aucun reproche. A mon goût la déco est un peu trop kitche pop, mais nous touchons au subjectif, donc ce n'est pas trop important.
