Perfect stay

The apartment has everything that a group might need. The kitchen is fully equipped and there were also slippers for everyone in the master bedroom. The common space is very big and that's a very important thing when you are in a big group. The Croisette is just 10 minutes walk from the apartment and nearby there is also a supermarket. It is perfect!

Wonderful Stay

Host send us the guidebook and instruction video to us one day before check-in. Everything you might question is in there already. Key pick-up is not complicated at all. This host is professional. He helps me with everything I requested in a timely manner from the beginning. The house itself is nothing to say; it's well equipped with everything you need. It's clean and spacious (looks great on Instagram as well). Its location is walking distance to the Palais (5-10 minutes walk), close to the minimart. We had a great time here.

Very nice Place!

Upon arrival it was very clean and situated only 5-10min walk from the beach or La Croisette. Everything was very clean and very homely. You will feel very at home. The apartment had everything that you would need. groceries can be bought nearby at Aldi in walking distance. Fabien was very kind along our trip and communication was easy and fast. Out kettle broke down and he didn’t hesitate to replace it ASAP. I would recommend this apartment if you are planning to stay in cannes!

Exceptional

The location is very good, there is a super market very close to the loft. The beach is also near and very nice. The loft had all we needed, and we were a group of 9. We could cook good and also the beds were good. In addition, we were a little bit loud in the evening, but it didn't bother anyone. When we arrived, the keys were very easy to take and the loft was clean. Because the loft is big theres is enough space for 9 person. The table is also big enough for 9 person. The communication with the owner was also very clear. The price-performance ratio was perfect and we would return at any time! We had a very good time in Cannes, also because of the loft.

The dishes were a bit dirty, when we arrived. In addition, very tall people could hit the head on the wooden beams, which can be a bit annoying. Otherwise there is nothing to criticize.

Only good thing was the location!!!!

The location was very good.

The apartment was very dirty. One of the bathrooms smelled like urine. Some of the appliances like the oven did not work and a broken kettle that was not usable. There was no one in reach to help with anything. We had requested an extra bed, which was approved but there wasn’t one placed in the apartment. We tried getting in touch with the owners or their rep but they did no reply to any of our emails. There were not enough towels or sheets to accommodate our group. There was a welcome guide that had mentioned where to find extra sheets and towels but there wasn’t any there.

Loft molto bello ed accogliente con grande zona living dotata di tutti i confort e comode camere. Molto pulito e Vicino al centro con garage. Staff molto disponibile e veloce nelle risposte . Da tenere in considerazione per viaggio. Super consigliato! Ritorneremo sicuramente!
