I got locked out one night but couldn’t get anyone. It was midnight admittedly. But perhaps the property could have extra keys on site with a code guests can enter to grab them. In case they get locked out. Seems like technology can solve for this. I had to pay $300USD for a locksmith to come or be outside at night alone as a woman in a foreign country.

The location is nice and the apartment is in a beautiful historical building. I loved the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness of the apartment. Very beautiful and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cannes!

Appreciated that I was greeted by someone in person. Eva was very kind and helpful and very quick to assist. The facility was modern. Downside is that there was no elevator and we had to carry my bag up 5 flights of windy stairs. but again Eva was kind to help me.

Had an unfortunate circumstance that on the first night when I went to climb into bed, I was greeted by one dead spider, one moving spider that I quickly discarded away, then when I went to pull back my covers there was a silverfish insect roaming through. That said, I informed Eva and the management handled the situation with professionalism. He said that while he can't control the bugs, realizes it was an unfortunate circumstance and took responsibility and changed the sheets and made sure it was a better situation.

Everything, it has been truly perfect for a family of 7 celebrating Easter here. If I need to mention what impressed me I can pick up top winners: - easy to reach from railway station and beach - high standard beds - extra clean - super spacious, more than expected for kids to play run and relax - great host Just consider if you cannot climb stairs, there is no elevator.

The apartment is perfectly suitable for 2-3 people or for short stays.

We had great communication with the hosts (Alex and Eva), both very responsive and approachable via Whats-up / Booking.com messagerie. Eva has met us to hand over the keys. Apartment was fairly clean, and had the essentials needed (TV, AC, small kitchen with fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine). Public parking (Vauban) very close. Walking distance to the beach, although we preferred driving, as walking was along very active roads, which was not safe with three kids.

The apartment size was not what we expected, and is not really suitable for family with three kids. This was top floor (mansard), with steep roof with windows, which has really reduced the height of the roof, and habitable volume and made it a bit too hot and airless. Combined bathroom. No elevator. Saying that, I would like to point out the apartment would still be perfect for two-three people max, but not for our family, and for two weeks stay... and I just wish we have been warned about this.

everything else is wonderful, stayed here before and i will again as the cleanliness is fantastic and the style fits my taste, plus the location is well centered the staff is helpful and they let me stay longer as my flight was late at night .. Thanks guys u rock

High ceilings and climate control in each room. Decor was modern. Stairs were fabulous; a work of art.

There were some very very minor issues with door handles and shower head holder. Nothing I could really say I did not like.

Absolutely nothing .

- The room was gives to us different than the pictures we saw in booking - The room was on the last floor with no elevator - No parking available - Slow wifi - Small room - The shower box collect water and overflows - Water pressure very weak I'm really wondering how come this apartment rated 9.3 !!
