I had an exam the next day, so I needed an early check in and late check out. Karl was extremely helpful, I felt like home. He didn't charge extra as I overstayed. Considering we had an exam, he helped my friend to stay for an afternoon nap. He offered us snacks and coffee. Hospitality, hygiene and professionalism was great. He was very kind to help my friend. The location was good. I highly recommend this place.
