For Students Only Straits Manor in Sheffield

It was great location. And perfect for one person.

The room was not hoovered when I came in. Had to clean up the room myself. And the bathroom had a smell like it wasn’t cleaned.

I liked that the key was available to collect way earlier than the check in time. The facilities were nice and I loved how they provided all the kitchen utensils needed to cook food.

The lockbox was hard to access and since it's surrounded by other lockboxes, it was hard to open and close the box.

Happy with the safety, the staff and location

Toilet was unclean on arrival

Well designed for my needs. The room is well-sized, warm, and the kitchen is equipped with basic utensils. The bathroom is large but badly maintained (mould on the floor)

-The room was very dirty when I arrived. I complained and although I submitted photographs of the conditions, there was no reaction. Following a second email (24 hours later) I was offered a 10-pound refund. Really-not acceptable! -Keys picked up and dropped off five minutes walk away. At 4am and carrying luggage it felt very unsafe. When i emailed management, they were unwilling to offer alternatives or simplify this process. So great accommodation but such glitches were unpleasant and really unnecessary.
