Terrible customer service and overall experience
My stay was extremely disappointing. The first room had no towels, no bedsheets, no soap, and no toilet paper. Reception couldn’t move me, so I had to call a separate phone number, and it still took almost three hours before I was finally moved. The new room wasn’t much better — it also lacked soap and bedsheets. I asked twice for soap, was promised it each time, but it never arrived. In the end, I just gave up. To make matters worse, guests are expected to take their rubbish with them, since the rooms aren’t even cleaned properly after checkout. Overall, a very poor experience and I would not recommend staying here.

Quite rewarding and refreshing experience.
The Staff were very friendly, welcoming and concerned about my wellbeing. I enjoyed the seamless communication with the facility staff. I enjoyed the environment around the apartment, teaming with people, as it was next to the shopping centre - a stone throw away. Furthermore, the quietness of the building and the apartment itself was as described online, allowing for focus and independence.

Perfect location, very clean facilities and nice staff. Great value for the money.
The location is simply great. It the heart of the city but in a quiet street, so it's very silent to sleep. Check-in/out was easy and the facilities really very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It was great value for the money and I absolutely recommend it.
I wish I could have left my luggage already before the check in. They offer a small discount to leave the luggages in partners' lockers in the surroundings, but the only one available was in the opposite direction and far from walking distance.
