Nice location and living space,poor maintenance,difficult key collection,and insufficient equpement

Apartment Ludwig: Convenient location close to the ski slopes (5-minute drive) Quiet and peaceful area Close to a supermarket Beautiful surroundings and scenic views The kitchen and living area were spacious and comfortable

Apatment Ludwig: Key collection (QR code) requires visiting a reception in a neighboring town’s historic center, which is not accessible by car. Parking must be found and the rest completed on foot. No parking was available at the property upon arrival. We had to clear two parking spaces ourselves from approximately 60 cm of uncleared snow. The property manager did not respond to our messages. The apartment layout is impractical: one room is a walk-through, another is accessible only through the first room or the bathroom, and the third room only through the bathroom. Only one small sink is available for nine guests. The second bathroom has only a toilet and shower, and the bathtub was not functional. The terrace door could not be opened. Two of the five beds are sofa beds, which are uncomfortable for adults. The kitchen is insufficiently equipped (missing baking tray, not enough cutlery and utensils for nine people). The kitchen sink is worn and would benefit from replacement. The property would benefit from better maintenance overall.

Deposit not refunded after 1 month of sms back and forth with the owner.

I would not stay here. I have not yet received a refund of the deposit after more than 1 month after my stay. Everything was fine until the owner stopped responding and not refunding the deposit.

Large space with comfy bed and decent kitchen. Lots of wear + wear and broken door lock

Quiet location, great views of the mountains, large place, comfy bed.

Entry door and lock was broken and had been patched up - leaving us feeling very unsafe and unsecure, there was lots of water damage around the bathroom area, could've been cleaner in kitchen and bathroom, had to ask for tea towels and toilet paper, would benefit from essentials such as salt+pepper and toilet paper

Op het eerste gezicht fijne appartementen, maar door gebrekkige faciliteiten en waardeloze service, teleurstellend.

De ligging ten opzichte van wandelpaden, pistes en Seefeld is prima. Mooie wandelpaden achter het huis in diverse richtingen. Seefeld op half uurtje lopen of 5 min. Met auto. Uitstraling appartementen goed, bedden en douche fijn.

Voor vertrek wat vragen gesteld, waar geen reactie op is gekomen. In de mail voor ontvangst werden we naar een adres is het centrum van Seefeld gestuurd. Bij aankomst daar, bleek het informatiepunt niets voor ons te kunnen doen. Uiteindelijk hebben zij voor ons gebeld - nadat wij eerder die dag al meerdere pogingen hadden gedaan met de eigenaar te overleggen- en bleek dat we gewoon naar het appartement konden waar codes en sleutel te vinden waren. Wij zaten in appartement Lina. De keukenuitrusting was buitengewoon ondermaats. Zo was er geen bakplaat of schotel voor de oven, slechts 2 pannen (waarvan 1 met deksel). Geen gebruiksaanwijzing van kookplaat en andere apparatuur en afvalscheiding of hoe hier mee om te gaan. Geen theedoek en geen vaatdoek, geen peper/zout/olie. Ook ontbrak het aan voldoende badhanddoeken. Bij het andere appartement (Max) waar familie van ons zat bleek hetzelfde het geval en was er ook onvoldoende bestek voor het aantal geboekte personen. Tussendoor hebben we dan ook een was gedraaid, de wasmachine was echter oorverdovend. Hier hebben we het maar bij gelaten. Ondanks meerdere contactmomenten en beloften per whatsapp (telefonisch was hij niet bereikbaar) is het gebleven bij het neerleggen van wat extra messen voor de deur. Verder niet/nauwelijks respons.

Enttäuschend trifft es gut.

An sich schön eingerichtet. Das Bett war bequem. Allerdings ist die Einrichtung etwas heruntergekommen. Der Fernseher hatte Netflix. Die Frau, die uns reingelassen hat, war nett.

Es gab keine Sauna, wie bei Booking angekündigt. Auf unsere Nachfrage hieß es, dass der Tischler noch nicht da war. Dann sollte da auch nicht mit geworben werden (Betrug). Wir haben uns beim Gastgeber ebenfalls nach dem WLAN erkundigt, das angegeben war. Haben allerdings keine Antwort bekommen. Auch nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen ga es keine Rückmeldung. Bei Abreise haben wir auch nochmal eine Nachricht geschrieben, die unbeantwortet blieb. Unter anderem ist die Spülmaschine ausgaufen, der Türgriff war nicht feste und der Spritzschutz war schon geschmolzen (siehe Fotos).

Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen

Der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und der Ausblick wunderschön. Wir haben uns die 4 Tage sehr wohlgefühlt.

Das Bad und die Küche haben die besseren Jahre schon hinter sich.

L'appartamento è molto spazioso, la zona giorno, ha grandi vetrate sulle montagne, la cucina è moderna con una grande isola ed elettrodomestici di qualità elevata Bagni grandi, divani comodi, e un ingresso molto comodo dove lasciare scarponi e giubbini Mario è stato premuroso nel portarci subito gli asciugamani che mancavano e nel guidarci per la connessione del wifi Abbiamo molto gradito un pensierino per Natale A 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Seefeld e vicinissimo al bellissimo sentiero lungo il lago Anche i nostri due cani si sono trovati bene

La comunicazione è stata scarsa Non è comodo dover ritirare le chiavi a Seefeld per poi tornare a Reith senza indicazioni precise La cauzione di € 200 è troppo elevata Mancavano i teli grandi per la doccia In cucina sarebbe stato gradito un forno a microonde e nei bagni una lavatrice e asciugatrice

Vorzeitige Abreise

Seefeld ist sehr schön!

Der erste Eindruck für ein "Deluxe-Apartment" war leider etwas erschreckend. Die Tür war nur angelehnt, da sie durch evtl. Aufbruchsspuren nur durch abschließen mit einem Schlüssel erfolgen kann. Die Eckbank, die Stühle sowie das Sofa hatten große ältere Flecken und wirkten abgelebt. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist eigentlich eine schmale Kammer ohne Fenster. Die Kaution von 200,- € ist meiner Ansicht nach nicht gerechtfertigt. In der Nacht hatten wir Besuch einer Maus und beendeten daher vorzeitig unseren Aufenthalt. Es wurde uns aus Kulanz eine alternativ Wohnung angeboten aber keine Erstattung.

Wir konnten unser Zimmer leider nicht beziehen, da wir keinen Mitarbeiter erreicht haben. Drei Stunden haben wir versucht den Schlüssel zu bekommen doch leider erfolglos. Zum Schluß wurde versucht unter Druck das Geld zu bekommen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Die Wohnung wirkt nicht fertig und nicht sauber. - Es gab überall Krümel und Schmutz insbesondere in der Küche und den Klos - Die Spülmaschine war voll mit dreckigem Geschirr - Es gab in einer Wohnung für 8 Leute viel zu wenig Gläser und Besteck (3 Gläser, 2 Weingläser), welches erst auf Nachfrage gebracht wurde - Es hängen große Kabel im Wohnzimmer aus der Wand - Die Zimmer sind umgeräumt und entsprechen nicht den Bildern. Wir hatten weniger Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung als angekündigt und benötigt - Keine Reaktion auf Anfrage für Rabatt/ Entgegenkommen des Gastgebers

Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet genug Platz. Sauber. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Die Kommunikation hätte ein wenig besser funktionieren können. Hilfreich wären mehr Küchenutensilien gewesen. Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Öl, Kaffe angepasst an Personenanzahl und Nächte. Brot.- und/oder Steakmesser.

Alles in allem gut 😌

Schöne Einrichtung, alles was man braucht, moderner Standard.

Ein paar Informationen wären ganz gut gewesen (WLAN, Funktion des TV). Ansonsten geht es um Kleinigkeiten (Spülmaschine war nicht ausgeräumt, Geschirrtücher gab es nicht, Kaffeemaschine etwas undicht, große Tassen wurden vermisst und es hätte insgesamt etwas sauberer sein können). Offenbar wurde die Tür unserer Unterkunft mal aufgebrochen - diese war nur geschlossen, wenn man sie zugesperrt hat. Die Aufbruchspuren waren deutlich sichtbar. Also lieber mal Schloss und Rahmen tauschen.
