Overall a pleasant stay

Centrally located , easy to find and get the password to the Key box and check-in, no Id documents required.

We stayed in a family room. Room is very basic, just the towels and shampoo dispenser. No cleaning no Linen replacements during our entire stay. Since they do not have a reception, we couldn’t store our luggage for a late check out.

Had an enjoyable time but quite expensive for what you get.

The location for the town was excellent; just the right distance away to not have any disturbance. The train station was on the doorstep yet no noise. Good space in the attic room. Staff responded well.

I would have preferred Bavarian decor to suit the space and to complement the beautiful woodwork. Building work across the road was noisy early in the morning. Shower cramped and the base flooded with water.

Comfortable, clean, secure and obliging

The value for money is exceptional. The standard double room was larger than I expected. We were walking distance from all the services we needed. Location is surprisingly private too, since it’s that close to the Bahnhof. We were comfortable and secure, as was our car.

Great location would stay again.

Location was ideal in the centre of town and very close to the train/bus station. The apartment was bright and spacious and had verandas and an outside dining area with great views of the local scenery. The town of Fussen is beautiful with many good walking trails. The nearby attractions (ie castles etc) were easily reached by frequent bus service and the Fussen pass kindly provided meant free local bus travel as well as some discounts on local attractions.

The apartment was generally fine although perhaps a bit dated especially in the kitchen area. There was no housekeeping provided and unfortunately this meant that the one set of towels provided had to last the five nights of our stay.

Everything was perfect.

The location is excellent. It was the perfect place for our family. The tourist cards we have received were an excelent and unexpected surprise. The recommendation from the guest, regarding breakfast also perfect. Really a place we are planning to visit again.

Noisy scented unit

Convenient as it is only a short walk from the train and the key was left in a lock box on site. The beds were comfortable and the small fridge and kettle were appreciated and useful. Good hanging space.

We had 3 significant issues with this property (apart from being very small) which meant that we left the property, feeling stressed and sleep-deprived. 1. There is insufficient sound insulation from neighbours. The people above our apartment had noisy children who basically ran around from 4pm to 10pm every night, scraping furniture and running on the floorboards (our ceiling). 2. The bedding and towels had an overpowering soap smell. We tried opening all doors and windows to ventilate and hung the towels in the bathroom, away from us, but the smell persisted for the 3 days It was so bad that we avoided returning to the unit and even used our t-shirts over the pillows, to mask the strong smell. 3. The wifi is weak and slow and only works in the apartment if you leave the bedroom door open. It seems to be from an external router as there wasn't one in the room.

Great location and quiet. 2 min walk to the train and bus stations. 5 minutes to downtown and supermarket. Coffee, tea and utensils provided.

Fragrance of the duvet a little too strong. Having to bring shampoo and shower gel (could be an issue if arriving on Sunday). Would be nice if the code to the key box could be communicated by message (roaming call was expensive in our case).

A nice accommodation

The host was very nice and polite. The apartment is very quite and is good for family stay. Located within 5 minutes walk from everything.

We stayed in 2 bedrooms apartment. Unfortunately second bed was very creaky, when one person move, other hear it…. The same about the door to the toilet, it was opening very loud so everybody heard it at night. Earplugs could save the situation but we did not have it.

Amazing location so close to the train station and the town. Really nice spacious room. Would definitely stay again if we came back to Fussen.

There isn't a reception and we weren't clear on check-in arrangements. Would have been helpful to get the code for the door in advance, though the owner did come straight away when we phoned

Nice, spacious room in a very good position, at a 5 minutes walk from the city center and even closer to the train station and the bus station. The room was very clean and equipped with a kettle, tea, sugar. The host was very kind and gave us useful infromation about the city and tips for our trip.

Loved it!

We got the apartment for 5 people. Initially I thought there was not going to be enough space, but I was wrong. There was enough room for us and our stuff and the beds were big and so comfy. There was no reception desk but one can clarify any doubts or requests by a simple phone call, which they answer promptly. The location is just right in the center of Füssen - in two minutes one gets to supermarket, restaurants, and the train and bus stations, which connects you e.g. 15 minutes to Schwangau, and it’s 20 minutes by foot from the Forggensee.

There could be darker blinds - the ones in our room were yellow/orange, so in the early morning it’s the room was already very bright.
