Comfortable clean apartment

Room was clean and tidy and everything worked

We did try to call the manager at 1 point but not never heard back we worked out the problem ourselves

Fantastic apartment with unbelievable views.

You can even see the castle from the apartment in winter. Very high standard of accommodation. We stayed one night and really wished we had stayed longer - much longer. The charming host even stopped us as we were leaving to give us a little Xmas gift and lovely card. Absolutely stunning place with even more stunning views of the alps.

We enjoyed our 3 nights and 3 days in Schwangau at Casa Patrizia hiking two days around the castles

Splendid view of Neuschwanstein castle. Off street parking included. Close to everything we wanted to see and do. Comfortable beds and easy temperature control. Tidy kitchen with simple furnishings There was some literature for tourist activities in the area with maps The owner was responsive on text messages through Booking.com

The bathtub in the photo did not work properly - we had to take the plug from the kitchen and we filled it using the shower hose. The wardrobe in main bedroom had much dust inside and on the top--including dead gnats. There were some squished bugs on the walls. The oven didn't work properly on our last day More written instructions about overall operations including proper trash handling would be helpful.

Good accomodation for a one night passing through for a couple .

Kitchen and bathroom were very good.

Uncomfortable lounge seating. Only one single chair plus a hard uncomfortable sofa bed in the lounge. Certainly not suitable for two couples to sit and unwind after a long day sightseeing. And no air conditioning for a hot day.

Fantastic accommodations for a large group! We had the ground and first floor apartments and they were wonderfully appointed for our stay. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with necessary dishes etc.

The whole place was great, but if you are particular about pillows bring your own.

Lovely attic apartment with view of the mountains

Lovely attic apartment. Although there is a busy street nearby, the bedroom was very quiet. The mountain view from the balcony was breathtaking. The kitchen had everything I needed. The flat also had lovely paintings to add color and home environment. Wifi reception was great! 14 Minute walk to the Königliche Kristalltherma. I would definitely come back here!

Plenty of space for three adults and one child. LOVED the underfloor heating, parking, and location.

The bathroom should have more towel hooks; we had towels draped over everything and piled on the sink. It would have been nice to have a few tea and/or coffee options.

Easy to take a key 🔑 on entrance and get in. Great kitchen with all what you need. Warm in winter season. Nice view from rooms.

The place is amazing! unfortunately, due to rain we couldn't use the garden and enjoy the view, but the overall experience is great. Lady who met us was super friendly and nice, the apartment was clean.

Thank you for providing all staff for making our stay nice and easy. Would be nice if you can add to salt also a pepper, very useful for a quick breakfast in the morning :) also would be nice to have a couple of tea bags and coffee - then the stay would be just perfect!

Very clean. Well functioning kitchen. Lovely bed linen and comfortable beds. Good Internet connection.

Just two small suggestions - the towels smelt a little musty and it would be nice to have somewhere to hang them after a shower/bath. A wooden spoon in the kitchen would be good as there are only metal implements which can scratch pans.
