The beds were really comfortable. We've been on the move for about 10 days when we reached casa patrizia and this was the most comfortable place out of 6 other apartments and hotels.
You can just about see Neuschwanstein from the balcony through the trees. You can easily walk into the centre of Fussen in only 25 minutes and by the beautiful Lech river along the way. We also walked to hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein from the flat too and that only took 30 minutes. Lots of bike routes if you have one.
You can also walk to Crystal therm spa too in 15 minutes, but after all the other walking, we took the car by that point.
I'd love to come back to bavaria and casa patrizia some day. We fell in love with area. Thank you.
The only we didn't like was that we weren't staying longer.

Kitchen and bathroom were very good.
Uncomfortable lounge seating. Only one single chair plus a hard uncomfortable sofa bed in the lounge. Certainly not suitable for two couples to sit and unwind after a long day sightseeing. And no air conditioning for a hot day.
