Everything was just as described, a cosy little place with a nice view and clean facilities. It's only a pleasant walk away from the castles and is a place we will gladly return to. The host was also very nice and welcoming, he even let us check in earlier than we should've which was of very big help :)

Casa Patrizia offers a great location with proximity to a nearby bus station, which will take you to the castles or into Fussen or Schwangau. The view at night was excellent! We occupied the ground floor and 1st floor and each unit was nicely finished and clean. The owners were very friendly and non intrusive. We really enjoyed staying at Casa Patrizia and highly recommend it to others for a good stay. I enjoyed placing a pin in my home location on the guest map. We enjoyed a nice walk and hikes. Do your research and get the most out of it. Enjoy!

We absolutely loved it! We arrived late at night to find a perfect clean apartment all ready for us. The best nights sleep we’ve all had on our trip so far! Host was very responsive to all messages and super flexible letting us arrive so late. Apartment was wonderful and we wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

Kitchen and bathroom were very good.
Uncomfortable lounge seating. Only one single chair plus a hard uncomfortable sofa bed in the lounge. Certainly not suitable for two couples to sit and unwind after a long day sightseeing. And no air conditioning for a hot day.
