Warm friendly stay in a family house

The apartment was spacious in a family home, it was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. There was also a really cute surprise in form of some bread and butter or nutella - thank you. :)

The price was higher than what we would desire but still on the lower end for the area and time.

Wonderful place to stay

Artur and Daniela are a real delight. They welcomed us and made us feel at home, there was even a box of toys for our son to play with. The house is very warm and comfortable and gives a homey feeling. There is everything that you need in the house. And the best part is that it's a 20 minute walk from the castles on a nice trail with some stunning views.

Really peaceful and lovely setting with a view of a mountain from your balcony

We arrived by bicycle. There was a lock up garage and a key. Daniela met us and showed us the apartment and how various kitchen appliances worked. The apartment is on the second (top) floor with its own entrance. Rooms are spacious, it’s very homely and comfortable and a great place to relax, which we did quite a bit as we had the wettest weather for two days. Bed is large and firm and very comfortable. Lovely outside balcony. It’s about a 8 minute bike ride into Füssen and the same to the castles. Really peaceful and quiet. Much easier with a car to get out to restaurants if weather is bad. The apartment has everything you could need.

Great stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again in the future.

Location of the property was excellent for visiting the all the sights in the area. The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well provisioned. Owners were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Great place and would highly recommend.

Very great experience!!

I really enjoyed staying here. The rooms are very clean and cozy, making me feel like at home! The location is really good, you can walk to the castle or the old town in 20 mins. There is also a bus stop nearby, you can take free bus with your guest card. Artur is really kind, he picked us up at the Füssen station. He introduced the facilities in great details and recommended us good restaurants. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends.

We really liked the apartment. We were four and had it all very comfortable . Arthur and Daniela were very nice and they even provided some essential things in the kitchen :) They were very helpful with tips what to do in the area. We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks a lot!!

Ideal location, well equipped apartment, warm in February.

Artur is a very kind person, speaks fluent English and always responsive (in person and via the messenger). He welcomed us when we arrived, guided through the apartment, provided some info about attractions and good restaurants nearby. In addition, Artur also provides some stuff for pet owners, such as bowls, towels, and poop bags. The apartment is very cozy, comfortable, and well equipped (kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc.), with an ideal location for hiking to nearby attractions (the castles, Fussen, hiking trails around, etc.). Since it was snowy February, the views around the house were magnificent and very pleasant and peaceful to walk around with a dog. In the nights it is super quiet, since the closest transit road is a bit far. The WiFi is also good enough for doing some work, including online video calls. The heating was very well, I think about 23-24°C, which is comfortable to be inside without clothes.

The window over the bed needs some maintenance, but Artur already knows about it and promised to fix it soon.

Exceptional

Prefect place if you want to feel at home. The hosts were very welcoming and kind. They provided bread, butter, jam, fresh milk and even a coffee machine. The oven and fridge was free to use and the entire apartment was well ventilated during winter! Daniela showed us around her nice garden and introduced us to her very hyper dog :D We felt very welcomed to the place! Perfect stay for couples, or groups of 3-4 ppl (some have to sleep sofa bed though). We requested to use the washing machine and they were so kind to offer their own machine for our use. Checkin and checkout was fuss free and easy, just inform earlier and ring the bell when you're there. Wish we could stay longer!

Would be great if there was a stiffer pillow (personal preference, it's difficult to satisfy everyone). We used the sofa support as a workaround instead. 10/10, all is good!

- Super friendly family to guests :) - The house has nice/modern interior designs (much better than pictures!) - They (the host family) welcomed me very friendly! - I could have some enjoyable time at their animal garden :] - They are located right under the castle and mountain. You can walk around the village which is really beautiful! - Huge apartment on the upper flower of the house

Roomy, clean and comfortable apartment with all necessary kitchen utensils, good location in proximity to Neuschwainshtein Castle. The host is very attentive, we arrived around midnight and found some bread and food for the breakfast, thanks!

De host was ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam, hij wilde ons zelfs ophalen toen het plotseling ging stormen/ regenen. Daarnaast is de locatie super. Bijna alles is aan te lopen: Füssen en kastelen.

Alles perfekt und genau wie beschrieben. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, an alles wurde gedacht. Brötchen, Kaffeebohnen, Marmelade und Butter standen bereit. Super nette Familie. Hab noch nie so eine tolle Ferienwohnung gebucht. Schlösser, Seen oder Füssen gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Toller Kurzurlaub im Allgäu

Die Lage ist super, vieles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Daniela und Artur sind sehr gute Gastgeber und jederzeit ansprechbar. Sie haben uns viele Tipps gegeben. (Der Korblift in Algund ist super😉) Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus. Die Umgebung ist absolut ruhig, traumhaft, und man kann gut auf der Terrasse entspannen und den Vögeln zusehen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

wenn man länger da ist vielleicht eine Waschmaschine. Ansonsten ist alles super.

A localização é ótima para quem deseja conhecer a região e sua principal atração: o Castelo de Neuschwanstein. Mooi appartement in een buiten buurtje niet ver van het centrum en de thermen van Schwangau. Ruime kamers en prima badkamer en de keuken is zeer compleet ingericht. Het gezinnetje wat dit appartement runt is erg vriendelijk en kwamen met tips over de omgeving. Auto kan mooi voor de deur geparkeerd worden dus geen onnodig gesleep met bagage.
