It stands out for its very quiet yet central location right in the “Hopfener Triangle.” You can reach Lake Forggensee, the Festspielhaus, and the Old Town on foot in just a short time. About 50 meters from the complex, you’ll find an EDEKA, and just one kilometer further, you’ll find additional shopping options such as ALDI, LIDL, and Fristo. Some apartments come with their own underground parking space; otherwise, a private parking spot is available directly in front of the building. You can use a washer and dryer on the premises for a fee. The height of the underground garage entrance is 2.00 m.
