Nice and comfy house with a great views

The accommodation was located in a quiet and pleasant area, with beautiful views and nice decor. The house was quite well equipped and had everything necessary. Really cosy and comfortable.

It would be appreciated if at least the messages sent were answered in a language other than German, especially when the sender writes in English. They also seemed like automated messages that didn’t address the questions. I think it should be mentioned that there is a flight of stairs to climb—carrying suitcases and a small child was not easy. I found the pillows excessively soft, but that is a personal opinion

Very poor

They started building a balcony at 8am. We were not told that it is a construction site!!!! Very bad and not nice to treat guest like that by not providing this information. We would not have booked! We lost 1.5 days of our holidays!

Es hat an nichts gefehlt, Lage und Aussicht waren top, an ein paar Sachen kann man noch arbeiten.

Im Wohnbereich wäre etwas mehr Licht sehr gut. Es könnte etwas sauberer sein, besonders die Türen waren sehr verdreckt. Ein Check-Out um 10 Uhr anstelle der 09.30 Uhr wäre ok (mit saugen, abwaschen, Betten abziehen, etc. ist das einfach sehr sportlich).

Schöne Aussicht aber ….

Lage / ruhig / gute Aussicht

Ich kann es tatsächlich nicht nachvollziehen dass bei diesem Preis mehrere Zettel im Haus ausgehängt sind mit den Regelungen zum Check-out ( auch wenn jetzt im nachgang gesagt wird dass dies nur auf einer Bitte basiert ) kann ich es nicht nachvollziehen wieso ich die Wohnung saugen sollte - saugt das Putzteam dann nicht wenn ich bereits gesaugt habe? Also meine Erwartung bei dem Preis ist dass die Wohnung professionell gereinigt ist vor meinem Check in und nicht durch die Vorgänger. Habe ich noch nie erlebt. Und dass gewünscht ist dass ich die Betten abziehe wie in einem Hostel erläutert sich mir auch nicht bei dem Preis. Die Ausreden zu Salz und Pfeffer verstehe ich auch nicht da ich schon in einigen Ferienwohnungen war wo man es geschafft hat kleine Tütchen mit Salz und Pfeffer zur Verfügung zu stellen. Das hat nicht mit Hygiene zu tun. In der Couch waren Löcher eingebrannt - von Zigaretten? Und die balkonmöbel ebenso mit Löchern und das Rattan komplett zerrissen in den Rückenlehnen. Und Check-out Zeit auf 9.30 Uhr gesetzt macht auch wenig Sinn wenn erwartet wird dass man noch die Wohnung für die nächsten putzt

ruhige Lage, Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe

Das man die Füssen Card erst einfordern musste. So mussten wir einen Tag das Auto nutzen und Parkgebüren zahlen. Weiterhin war die Abtrennung zu den Betten nur mit einer dünnen Wand aus Holzplatten realisiert. Man hörte den Fernseher und das Licht schien durch, da es keinen ordentlichen Abschluss am Dach gab. Das Lichtdesign könnte besser sein, denn es war ziemlich dunkel, außer im Bad.

Prachtig, ruim en modern ingericht appartement. Alles was voor handen. Een echte aanrader. Heerlijk bed, fijne douche, groot balkon, uitgebreide keuken, een prachtige omgeving. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

De wifi viel regelmatig uit waardoor er alleen Duitse zenders gekeken konden worden. Netflix werkte dan niet. Er was geen mogelijkheid om een Google chromecast in de tv te pluggen, deze hadden wij van thuis meegenomen. Bij slecht weer is het fijn als je iets kunt kijken op tv.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Haus Gohlke als Familie. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man hat einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Umgebung. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich.

Für uns gab es an der Unterkunft nichts zu bemängeln.

Küchenausstattung. Es gab noch nicht einmal einen Salzstreuer. Dass man die Betten abziehen soll, ist wohl auch nicht üblich. Ebenso die Wohnung vor Abreise zu saugen. Service sieht anders aus.

Wir hatten das große Glück, in einer traumhaften Ferienwohnung unterzukommen. Alle relevanten Informationen haben wir bereits vor unserer Anreise sowohl per E-Mail als auch über die Booking-App erhalten. Zusätzlich stand uns eine umfassende Gästemappe zur Verfügung, sodass wir uns im Vorfeld bestens informieren konnten. Dank des Schlüsselkastens war der Check-in völlig unkompliziert – besonders angenehm, da wir erst spät angereist sind. Diese Lösung finden wir hervorragend. Das Haus selbst ist in unseren Augen das schönste in der gesamten Straße. Eine Wohnung in einem so gepflegten und stilvollen Gebäude nutzen zu dürfen, empfinden wir als echtes Privileg. Ein besonderer Dank gilt den Gastgebern, die überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend sind. Die wenigen negativen Bewertungen können wir in keiner Weise nachvollziehen – unserer Erfahrung nach spiegeln sie keinesfalls die Qualität dieser Unterkunft wider. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
